GoTo Meeting for External Collaboration.

I have used both applications (GoTo Meeting and Zoom Video Conferencing), and I think that they are pretty comparable in their functionality and ease of use. All in all, I think they both offer similar features, such as recording meetings, video conferencing, screen sharing, scheduling meetings, inviting participants, calendar integration, etc.

GoTo Meeting can be a great tool.

Been using GoTo Meeting for over 10 years and it is easy for us to navigate and direct customers. Tried other products but they have other issues with logging in and have never replaced GoTo Meeting. GoTo Meeting is good but not great as if has some issues with our customers logging in which is challenging.

Online meetings always available
Both of these tools have been delivering what they have been promising and it is quite a hard choice, but I would go with GoToMeeting. It has more host control over the meeting participants which Webex is lacking sometimes.

Go to rock n roll with GoTo Meeting
- Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Join.me
We are using Three Products currently, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and GoTo Meeting. The reason for using the three products is based on end-user competence and choice. Since we use MS365, it makes sense to use Teams for internal communication, we have let go of Join.me as it was not scalable and poorly handled with lot's of bugs. Zoom is a standby product to overcome sudden behavior changes in either used product.

Best & Awesome Meeting Software

The other products have some major problems which turn me to select GoTo Meeting. First of all, is price, the price of GoTo Meeting is cheaper than others for monthly and yearly subscriptions which helps my organization to bring back good results of ROI. Compared with the other services GoTo Meeting gives the opportunity to join more participants and continue the meeting for more time. Also, it has unlimited recording opportunities which can help the persons who missed the meeting all the time. The Host control, Screen Sharing, and all other important features I found GoTo Meeting provides better all the time.

Microsoft Teams were too clunky when we tried a demo of it. It was not as user-friendly as the GoTo platform, and the video and audio quality did not seem as updated as we would have liked in selecting a product to use.

Data Engineer's Review
As Google Meet and Teams are also providing the same features but they are costly and use cases of these noticed are overly priced. I hope this GoTo Meeting could be better than those as it has the same features for a lesser cost. Cheap and the best available in the industry right now.

Great for Remote Teams
I really like GoTo Meeting because it is a wonderful tool that provides me with a quality service, with innumerable features which are extremely flexible and adapt to my needs and are very wonderful, nothing is missing to add to this program. I really like that It gives me collaboration options and the ease of starting and attending online meetings immediately and securely, it allows me to share screen face-to-face with an immersed video.
Webex to start with was proving expensive comparatively, also it is highly complex to make changes as in creating users' accounts. The support. we also spend a good amount of time on Zoom which proved insecure and lame for our organization. On the other hand, GoTo Meeting was the best blend of commercially economical with great features and slightly better security.

Functional and Fairly Efficient

Our town selected GoTo Meetings and that's how I ended up using it so much, in monthly meetings with them. In all honesty, when the contract was due for renewal, they switched to Zoom, another platform I use in both my personal and professional settings. While I found GoTo Meetings worked and it was functional, I prefer the other platforms over it.

THE BEST OPTION FOR ONLINE MEETINGS.
Select GoTo Meeting because it is a fabulous online meeting tool, it has worked perfectly for me without any crashes or interruptions, it is a software that does not require heavy downloads or tedious configurations, and the audio and video screen sharing has worked perfectly for me the quality is HD and I think it is software that is headed in the right direction.

Great Product for Remote Teams
GoTo Meeting has quality recordings, and very few internet connection problems compared to others like Zoom, and ring central. Webex tends to have frequent glitches during meetings which can be embarrassing for important clients. With GoTo Meeting we have peace of mind that meetings will run smoothly, and there are no tech issues to resolve live. Changing sharing options and control in the meeting is seamless and makes us feel empowered compared to those other softwares that cause frustration.
- ezTalks, Google Hangouts (Classic), Zoom and ClickMeeting
GoTo Meeting was more reliable because they had the features in place already and didn't employ a questionable method of forcing people to pay more to use anything (like Zoom). I needed a program that could be used by those who didn't KNOW these kinds of programs. Zoom had a lot of features, but they took advantage of everyone during the start of the pandemic -- luring by offering free features they knew you would get used to and then charging you a bunch once they could. GoTo Meeting didn't do that. They remained a reliable platform that wasn't out to gouge you. Again, it wasn't for the students in our organization, just admin, so I can't speak to that part. But for admin services where you simply need to collaborate in a virtual environment and give everyone the chance to contribute without fear of technological overload, this is your safest bet.

Pretty good and one of the pioneers
in terms of security is less known makes it safer. We still use the software because we rely on it since day one. We understand that new alternatives are widely used but we still trust this software for its reliability. For corporate use is cheaper than its competitors.
Compared to GoTo Meeting, the fact that Google Meet integrates so well with Google Calendar, someone who is using Google Calendar all day every day, it's a breeze to use and it's superb for internal meetings and very good for outside of the organisation calls. GoTo Meetings would still be a good option to use among the competition though and if you use a different calendar app then the advantage of the formerly mentioned software is out of the window.

Quick and efficient
Well, it really depends on the user (manager) which application we are using. GTM works just as fine as the other software we use.

GoTo Meeting is a good lightweight solution for video conferences and, because of that, stands out as a good tool for PCs with more limited processing power and mobile phones. On the other hand, it has less features when compared to competitors like Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet, such as the ability to create breakout rooms and the ease to create meetings with non-employees.

Modern meetings
- Zoom
Zoom (used) is a download-only software. They've adapted to run in the browser, but at the time of reviewing software, GoTo Meeting was the browser's first. This was the reason at the time for going with GoTo Meeting. I also like the new branding and interface -- it feels really modern.
- Zoom, Google Meet and TeamViewer
GoTo Meeting is more secure than the listed similar products and allows for more engagement and collaboration. We currently pay for Zoom and have Google Meet through a bundled package through Google. Zoom was more utilized for situations where audio and video quality are the priority, so meetings that would be streamed to the public, etc. GoTo Meeting is preferred when collaboration and work on projects need to be performed. Google Meet was only used as a backup if the other two were not working.
- Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex Share
Along with everyone else during the pandemic, we had to scramble to find ways to have useful team meetings, especially with the ability to collaborate on documents or see workflows. We initially chose GoTo Meeting because of cost, but the product actually falls short compared to its major competitors, and I find myself recommending them over GoTo Meeting.

Doom for Zoom, GoTo Meeting is where it's at!

GoTo Meeting is just an all-around faster program. GoTo Meeting is a less clunky program than its competitors. The meetings we have when using this program are often smoother than the virtual meetings we have had using programs such as Zoom. I hope we use this program more in the future.

The Reliable Online Meeting Solution
For large webinars and external customer-facing meetings, GoTo Meeting is a strong solution. Microsoft Teams, and Zoom, are alternatives I prefer to use when speaking to smaller teams and for other types of connections due to their improvement in UI, mobile apps, and ease of use.
