It's great when: -you need to set up a meeting where people need to access via phone and laptops, and in the office/remote -you need to set up a meeting quickly -you need to set up a meeting with a Prospect or others from outside your organization.

Doing training or demos when you are showing your screen and able to talk about your program and do a show and tell has been very helpful. We use this capability all of the time for product introductions and training. When we have unsophiscated computer literate customers which is often, they have difficulty logging in and navigating through GoTo Meeting. Some find it easy and too many struggle.

In case your business is spread over different locations as ours is, and you need to host online meetings frequently, this is the tool to choose. You can save a lot on travel expenses as the meeting with a good quality video can be used to substitute real face to face meetings and this tool can deliver that every time.

We have never been shouted out for using a less secure product as we deal in sensitive client data, security has been a top priority and GoTo Meeting can be trusted for that. We have been similarly reviewed for using such a product wherein there are fewer chances of data breach and servers that are hosted in non-friendly locations or trustworthy one would say. The remote controls and grip on the meeting host is well defined which empowers the host's confidence.

This GoTo Meeting app tremendously helps my organizational work like online meeting arrangements. First I used some different apps to arrange an online meeting, interview sessions, online classes, and other works like that, once I knew about GoTo Meetings then using this for years. My team usually arranges all the things like meeting scheduling, voting on matters, etc with GoTo Meeting and it allows us to invite more participants than other meeting apps and also allows a kind of unlimited time meeting facility which helps us to run meetings as much time as we want. We have several teams like HR, and Program planning they use GoTo Meeting as an official meeting app to run the important meeting.

If most of the stuff you want to address in your meeting is physically able to join you, I still feel like you should be "hands-on." But with our offices so spaced out and some folks working from home for various reasons, the scheduling and reliable platform of GoTo has been the perfect answer for our monthly all-call staff reports.

GoTo Meeting seems to be preferred by businesses that are in the corporate realm. I have found that it is not as easy for the general public to use as Zoom, but it offers different options. I have used it when meeting with various organizations to which I belong. The free platform is simple and, generally, easy to use.

This GoTo Meeting helped in connecting all clients all around the world with you any latency in communication. We later used to schedule meetings with guests and other hosts to fix our business and technical problems. Dashboarding Problems are mostly cleared using this application. Most of the technical issues were cleared with video meets and screen share features.

The best part about GoTo Meeting is that it is very compact. While other softwares are very large in size, GoTo Meeting is small and provides almost all the features that are needed for an online session. The app is easy to use and does not give any connectivity issues most of the time. One other best thing is the customer service provided by GoTo Meeting.

GoTo Meeting is well suited for webinar sessions where we have a bigger audience participating, it gives an easy plug-in to run and join the session within friction of seconds. GoTo Meeting is less appropriate when it comes to secure document sharing between the counterpart departments viz internal HR interactions or finance discussion over the client's confidential docs.

We used it for virtual meetings when we couldn't meet in person. Of all the software I've used for virtual meetings since the pandemic started though, it's one of my least favorites, although it does seem to be more secure than some of the other options. It works and it's functional, it accomplishes the task at hand, but I was never overly impressed.

GoTo Meeting works well for large teams and companies that have a need to share information with a wide audience. This could include internal meetings, training, or external webinars with clients. GoTo Meeting integrates well with other software your company may use like Zapier and Google calendar to maximize productivity. Installation was quick and easy so setup gets you right to use the software without barriers. Meetings can also be recorded and the quality is amazing for those who could not attend. GoTo Meeting is a breeze to present in and stands out above competitors, that typically freeze up during meetings and make it difficult for the audience. Overall, it has a stable connection, is user-friendly, and offers all the features you need to lead an audience.

GoTo Meeting had the offerings of Zoom before Zoom had them and didn't charge outlandishly. It is great for teams who need to collaborate and need to be able to meet at a moment's notice without having to worry about conflicts of program or technology. It is less appropriate when you can just pick up the phone and talk to someone, as you won't be using the tools available, and it essentially becomes a regular conference program. If you have a lot of employees in your company and maybe 60% of them aren't comfortable with technology, then this program will work better for them than Zoom. It is more user-friendly for the person logging in. It would not be suited for online teaching of students, though -- this is a collaboration tool; you would be using a racecar to get to the end of the driveway.

Mainly for our daily meetings with colleagues in the company. For the client, demos are also well suited for IT support our clients. For new users, the interface could be better and is not as familiar as the new iterations of the competitors. That means the UI is not that appealing.

I would recommend these to those who'd need to do regular outside calls and it'll be easy for them just sending the link and the person on the other end will be able to join - mostly, as I experienced - with ease. For internal calls where you want to meet a colleague for a quick online chat maybe the integrated solutions could be better - i.e. the video feature of the email provider choice of your organization.

It’s a way for staff to stay connected and see each other when there are hardly face-to-face interactions. GoTo Meeting is well suited for small conference calls when you need to make a presentation for a small group of people, for example. For larger meetings, like seminaries, classes or workshops, where you might need some interactions through the chat or you need to setup some breakout room, other options deliver a better work.

Working with doctors, they almost always can't install the software. So Zoom calls are a no-no. Here GoTo Meeting shines as we can send a link to the call and it loads in their browser. Nothing to install! I like this a lot as it reduces friction and makes for an easier experience.

GoTo Meeting is great for working remotely or in a team that is remote. We have utilized it to allow support vendors into systems and work through issues together. GoTo Meeting as a straight video conference software works well, but if sound/video quality is a concern, it may fall short. Software such as Zoom may be a better option, especially for meetings where video and audio quality are a top concern. If you're just needing a good piece of software to work remotely with multiple people, GoTo Meeting gets the job done.

GoTo Meeting is useful when you need to meet virtually and share documents or workflow with others from your screen. They make it easy to share videos or audio. However, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex all do a better job of these tasks, whether it be their feature sets or interfaces.

If you have a basic meeting where all you need to do is chat and share some documents, this program works much better and faster than its competitors. If you want a fancy background or a meeting with a little more pizazz, this program wouldn't be a great fit for you.
