The solution is well suited for groups of 20 or more. Meeting attendees utilize the group chat functionality and screen share viewing, making the platform a strong choice for webinars. However, there is no intuitive way to quickly convey emotions when someone is talking (like floating emojis), camera effects and background manipulation is lacking, and the UI isn't nearly as slick or modern as the competition.

GoTo Meeting is best suited for organizational meetings as well as for personalized meetings. The meeting is pretty easy to set up, and upon setup, we can use a wide variety of features like live screen sharing, live editing of the files, we can give access of our desktop to another member, and even we can generate a screen share link which allows another desktop which is not part of our meeting to share the screen with the help of the screen share link. However, one of the drawbacks is the host needs to be familiar with the platform as there are many features to use, upon understanding the features one can use it to the full extent for a seamless meeting experience.

It is best for enterprises or bigger businesses with the budget for this service otherwise if you have an Office 365 or Google Business account, they have the same offerings for less money and the same account integration.

The GoTo Meeting client is well suited for larger meetings where the number of users is very large. And it is also well suited for having meetings and conferences with external users since the options available for external users are large. However, it requires a stable internet connection, so if you are in an area with an unstable internet connection, GoTo Meeting would not work properly.

GoTo Meeting is a tool that you can use in a pinch or if you have a client who uses it because they haven't transitioned to something better. It doesn't work. A scenario where you need a feature-rich product that is flexible. At the end of the day, GoTo Meeting is what it is.

GoTo Meeting is well suited for work with remote teams. Be it audio-only, sharing screens, sharing control, etc. It makes it easy to interact with remote teams and keep a record of the agreements and information presented. Sharing control is very useful when working on technical issues where audio-only help would slow things down.

GoTo Meeting gets the job done as to the basics, and to be honest, that's how we primarily use it. For us, it's just the basic video conferencing calls, reliability/uptime, annotation tools, as well as just a couple more features such as backgrounds, cloud storage, etc. We also mainly use it via the app, and not the browser or a dedicated app, as our needs are not particularly to be on the go. We would love for the transcription to be available in more languages, but as our market is quite small, it is understandable that it is not.

I found GoToMeeting to be well suited for meetings where the primary focus is to see people virtually, share a PowerPoint and talk live. I found it challenging in large meetings to check, read and aggregate the chat occurring in the background. I would say it's less appropriate for whiteboarding-type sessions.

Screensharing is available and it's quite smooth too. It also comes with "raise hand" features. This is really convenient for webinars with guests who would like to ask questions. This happened to our clients all the time, where guests would like to raise their hands and ask questions from time to time. We have had reports, however, that some of our client's guests have had problems connecting to GoTo Meeting. The issue seems to be related to the Internet or blocked by a firewall.

Currently, I don't really see a strong USP that GoTo Meeting has, not offered by other comms tools. In my opinion, Teams and Zoom are perhaps the best app-based services, while Google Meet would be the better web-based comms tool. Generally, it is a good tool but nothing special or unique about it.

GoTo Meeting, in my opinion, is probably the 2nd best professional online meeting provider in the market behind Zoom. GoTo Meeting has a very reliable and secure platform, and the company offers a lot of good features and capabilities. I think they could make their product a bit more user-friendly and easier to use.

GoTo Meeting seems to be well suited to hybrid meetings (meaning, ones with remote as well as in-person attendees). It seems to require more IT support than some other meeting platforms, but when set up correctly, allows for pretty seamless meeting support. One of my favorite features is actually screen share links, which allow a computer that is not a participant in the meeting to run slides or share screen via a generated screen share link. However, a lot of these functions seem to require more specialized support and set up than other meeting platforms.

If you need to set a meeting with ease, then GoTo Meeting is the right choice, hosting a meeting is not only a good thing, but it can be free, on your mobile device, tablet or computer, windows, mac, or even any Linux distribution; GoTo Meeting gives you a great experience of connection with just a few clicks and really fast, with a single tap. Its video call service has a good performance, and so does its voice service.

GoTo Meeting is definitely a leader in the "zoom" era of audio and video conferencing solutions. A long-time application with an established history and record that corporations can trust. GoTo Meeting really shines when you consider it a traditional corporate dial-in conference bridge solution; utilized primarily for large webinars, corporate meetings with few speakers, and customer-facing calls or training. GoTo Meeting is less appropriate for the day-to-day of inter-org communications (chat/video/etc) or technical meetings with multiple contributors and presenters.

GoTo Meeting works very well for meetings with other companies. The call-in number is easy to use and provides access to the meeting for employees working in the field. It can be web-based instead of app-based, so it isn't required to download a new app to your computer to use the software.

GoTo Meetings is a great tool for our company and we are all remote and need to stay in daily contact with our team to make sure we are all on track and moving in the same direction. All in all, a great experience. GoTo Meeting is reliable, robust, and also great for recording (it's opt-in) and saving time by providing a link to share instead of having the same meeting all over like before. I have been using GoTo Meeting recently for my online/virtual business development sessions with teaming partners globally. It is relatively inexpensive for what I need it for and offers great features that cannot be found in the more common free video conferencing applications. he same meeting all over like before.

I would be hesitant to recommend GoTo Meeting. I much prefer other video conferencing options such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. In my opinion, GoTo Meeting is not user-friendly, the software is clunky, and we've had numerous issues with bugs. It has not appeared to be a reliable source for video conferencing, and we are switching providers.
