It works well for sharing information with people outside of our company which is our primary use. We are a regional company with offices in about 8 states and serve many different customers within those areas. This is a tool we can use to have a quick meeting with any of those customers or our equiment partners. It's simple to just send out a link to join the meeting.

All remote company. Companies with locations across different cities or states. For a company wide event like Holiday party to limit exposure during cold and flu season. I think software like this has a place for remote or hybrid offices as well as on-site because a lot of companies can communicate more effectively with clientele via video meetings. Slam dunk!

GoTo Meeting has been instrumental within our organization for department meetings, organization wide staff meetings, trainings among smaller groups of volunteers, and similar situations. We haven’t used it for large scale webinar type meetings yet but we would be open to exploring this option in the future. It’s just a matter of staff time.

I like GoTo meeting for meetings internally both one off or recurring as well as customer facing meetings. The controls make it easy to share my screen and allow others to share as well. I think the UI could use an update but overall grea to use and gets the job done well for me!

GoToMeeting is best when face-to-face interaction with groups is important. Maybe not well suited if you are sharing docs. Works well in corporate environments documents. GoToMeeting works better if there is one presenter, switching presenters is sometimes complex. Unlike some other software, everyone can access GoToMeeting. It is standard and generally very reliable. GoToMeeting has good A/V quality, which is essential for our sensitive communications in realm of HR.

GoTo Meeting has a number of features that make it ideal for certain types of meetings. For example, the screen sharing feature allows us to show our computer screen to other participants in the meeting, hence very helpful for presentations or training sessions. The whiteboard allows us to collaborate on a shared document, quite useful for brainstorming and problem-solving.

An appropriate part would be the remote meetings we have had good projections and good execution being from different geographic areas and also in training has a good interface for learning, both for the learner and the teacher and where it may not be as adequate is in the security or encryption of video calls, perhaps there are other more secure alternatives.

GoTo Meeting works well for webinars and sessions with clients. As an integral unified communications system it works, but some of the functionalities are still developing so you need to be patient. I think it is better suited for medium to large sized business and not for start ups or small enterprises.

GoTo Meeting has helped us meeting clients from around the world. It helps scheduling meeting and helps with sharing the work progress. The recording for meetings work great. My team is able to listen to the meeting recording and see the details of the meeting with clients.
Mostly it works great. Sometimes it feels its taking a lot of internet bandwidth. So once we are meeting with mobile data while driving, it may make the calls slower.

We have many different types of meeting in our organisation. For small meetings, the tool is practical. Sharing documents is practical. For meetings with a larger number of participants, it's more complicated to facilitate because of the lack of visibility of the people involved. Chat is an interesting way of communicating during meetings.

GoTo Meeting is a good alternative to Teams, Zoom or Meet. It has all the required features and whatever it lacks it makes up for it in its aggressive pricing. The updates and support is also better than the competition. It is ideal for small to mid-size geographically dispersed teams.

We have found GoTo Meeting well suited for virtual interviews and meetings. We typically will offer virtual interviews for the initial group being interviewed and then do in-person interviews once the group has been pared down. It can also be used for training and supporting end users, but there are better solutions that focus on those needs.
