- Some sales exes use the mobile feature to join us while they might be on-site at a client's install, whereas before, they would have had to reschedule the client.

Great Product for Remote Teams
- The Virtual Whiteboarding tool allows our teams to get creative, and work together in the moment of inspiration to see high-level concepts and dive deeper to improve our business. Having this tool at our disposal has saved us from headaches later when trying to remember the team's ideas. It's easily shareable and easy to interact with.
- Being able to share Desktop views has improved the quality of our meetings so we can share prototypes, and examples for better understanding during presentations.
- Joining via Mobile Options has been a lifesaver for remote teams and is inclusive to everyone. There are no barriers to hopping on a call and being part of the team and getting all the same information no matter where you are in the world.
- It helped us maintain a sense of order when the pandemic caused us to shut down for several months.
- It gave IT the ability to meet with people and address issues on devices in the meeting itself rather than going through them individually.
- Ability to share documents prevented multiple copies from circulating.
- Zoom was just the popular option, but GoTo Meeting had everything from the get-go.

- If we close a deal using the software is already paid itself.
- Now seems a little bit old-fashioned
- Updates could be more frequent
- It has been a great opportunity to see the quality and ease can go hand in hand, raising the bar for overall expectations for software of this category.

- The positive initial effect was that GoTo Meeting was slightly more affordable than other solutions.
- The negative effect on ROI is GoTo Meeting was left behind in ease of use and functionality, which caused an effort to change products.
- GoTo Meeting does definitely do its advertised job well enough, but workers from home not being able to blur their backgrounds is problematic.
