- Features that cater to large group discussion
- The platform has proven to be very reliable, "it just works".
- The UI in the app appears dated, not as intuitive as the competition
- The platform needs to users to download a file to use it in a desktop environment
- That platform could benefit with better integration with Outlook and Gmail
