GoToWebinar was a familiar brand name and people in the education industry were using it daily. It was easy to use and we were able to host large-scale webinars. The video quality was superior and we were able to edit it easily and publish it externally. Overall, a simple platform with great customer service.

I would be on the fence between choosing between GoTo Webinar and Zoom as I think for basic webinar tools, they are similar. ON24 is too much for me, and too expensive. BigMarker seems ok but expensive nonetheless. If I wanted a more branded experience and flexible interface, I would go with Livestorm, which I haven't used yet but explored.

It works better than normal zoom meetings. GoTo Webinar is specifically created for handling large audience and small number of hostees. Hence its connection stability and feature set works better than zoom.

GoTo Webinar has better usability and a user-friendly interface. It is one of the collaboration tools that is favored by our staff. It easily facilitates in-meeting messaging and encourages open dialogue. It is a great tool that can facilitate virtual staff meetings. Attendees can be logged, and events can be recorded. Recorded videos can also be edited and posted on staff forums.

Zoom platform is missing features like call-to-action & built in social media sharing button which are necessary features for social media marketing. Other features like On-demand webinars & automated webinars is not available in Zoom .

Previously For any Meetings in our Company, we are about to use Cisco Webex for any Presentations, So on Considering the Wider Audiences, now we are using this GoTo Webinar, as in order to have some increased number of Participants.

Actually we use both MS Teams and Go To Webinar for different use cases as I already described in the very first question. Zoom is of course also valuable but as we already have Teams and GoTo Webinar I think we dont really need so many tools that do the same thing.

1) Comparitavely GoTo webinar uses less amount of internet (or mobile data) as compared To Cisco Webex is the main reason for using GoTo webinar . 2) Moreover, participants need not to ask for permission to join even if they have left the call . They can simply do the same in GoTo Webinar.

Pretty similar. I think the user gave is more simple with GoTo Webinar. I use ON24 sometimes and feel the response time is better. The competition delay during the presentation is sometimes delayed. It's very easy to use. Easy for our presenters and very easy for our customers or market.

I think both have very similar feature sets. Their respective subscription prices are about the same. I use the GoTo products and I am familiar with the GoTo ecosystem. Zoom has done a great deal, in the past two years, to address security. Either product gets the job done ultimately.

I like GoTo Webinar better than these platforms because of its ability to hose large scale events and allow users to interact more freely. Many times the meetings we are using this for are meant to be a dialogue rather than a monologue and this system allows this to flow much more freely than the others.

We have been with GoTo Webinar for over 10 years now, so we have not seriously considered other options over that time period. Although we did use the webinar version of Zoom some during the pandemic, it is clearly not as well designed and functioning as GoTo Webinar.

Microsoft Teams does not offer the same level of flexibility or customization that [GoTo Webinar] has, so that is rather limiting. Also, MicrosoftTeams does not have a decent report program in place. Airmeet has some neat features and decent interactive features between the presenters and the audience, but it is a little difficult to navigate as an Admin/Host, and because it is not widely used yet the audience and the presenters may have problems understanding how it functions.
