It’s a perfect solution for allowing employees to get together and collaborate on ideas such as team projects and work assignments, and anything that allows people to share their desktop and allow people to learn from what they’re doing such as spreadsheets and or presentations, and or work assignments involved in electronic work.

It is very easy to use and easily learn how to use. During the webinar, there aren't any technical problems or questions which help during the stressful presentation. There are also good faq documents or searches on Google on how to do something. Makes the process very easy so you don't have to spend time fixing a problem.

I use GoTo Webinar to train others in cybersecurity situations. I am able to prepare my training using digital media that the participant can download and review at a later time. The information is still available during the presentation, but also available after the presentation. I am not a marketing expert, so I use the resources I have to help my user base.

GoTo Webinar works extremely we when the content being presented does not include the use of personal web cameras. The transitions for use, along with user interaction, work very well. As a producer, all of your required tools are easy to find and use, making the production side a breeze.

GoTo Webinar is great for large scale meetings where a presenter will be talking to a large audience and is looking for interaction with whom they are speaking to and using a presentation. It may be less appropriate when the meeting size is smaller and may be more suited to a more personal platform

It's a great tool for individuals connecting outside of the organization that may not have access to Microsoft Teams. It is pretty easy to use for those that may not be super tech-savvy and can have a lot of users on there at once. It's easy to manage guests and invites.

Well suited for training presentations to larger groups where only the speaker(s) would be speaking and sharing a screen with the audience muted and not sharing their screens.
Not suited for meetings where everyone needs to talk and possibly share their screens. That would be better suited for GoTo Meeting.

The GoTo Webinar software/ api is generally good for communication ,upskill and knowledge sharing. The covid period was a good example of how effective a software such as this can be. Allowed multiple uses of comms for webinars with a live chat feature and easy joining security with a simple code. Can launch in browser as well Analytics and reporting wanted by management is robust and as such is very welcomed

GoTo Webinar is good for business meetings and calls in which it is beneficial to have webcams on and to share screens in order to present visual information for discussion or review. It is also good if you want to record the meetings for record-keeping or to watch back later.

[GoTo Webinar] is great for conducting webinars in general. It is a widely used & accepted online program, which makes it user-friendly. It is easy to set up webinars, and easy to execute them. It is also relatively affordable if your organization hosts many webinars, but it may be worth [GoTo Webinar] to explore or allow one-off use of the platform instead of requiring a subscription.

This will be well suited for larger organizations, and for webinars. Sure there are some delays and whatnot, but it's not the software's problem at the time. The internet may be the cause, and for the users who's had a bad internet connection, I can say GoTo Webinar is doing its best and what's fit so that the user may be able to attend the so-called seminars.

It is the best platform for the agencies or companies that are organising large events for the public or even in the company. So everyone can attend online/virtually. Therefore, it should not even be used broadly it can also be used in the event halls to stream the event. It is not very well recommended for small teams and short and small video calls.

Well suited for a team that wants a straightforward easy-to-use online webinar platform. You can host as many webinars as you would like as long as they do not overlap. Not well suited for a company that was streamlined, and branded UX experience from beginning to end. The capabilities are pretty standard for GoTo Webinar, especially for the registration page.

GoToWebinar is great for online webinars and meetings that require the ability to manage large groups. The polling functionality is easy to use and the after-meeting reports are easy to obtain. If you want to have a custom background, I would not trust the ChromaCam install for an important meeting, in my opinion.

It is well suited for pre-planned events that host international clientele. This system is best for those using it for a learning experience and not for day-to-day events. The only day-to-day event I would use it for is pre-set meetings where nothing is to be changed. Virtual conferences are perfect for go-to-seminar.

It's still the best 1-to-many platform with the best API integrations. From all of the platforms my team and I have used - GoTo Webinar is still the leader when it comes to webinar presentations, data, and processing. Where it lacks customer support and service. If you're okay with not having someone to talk to and guide you for all updates and issues and a self-help portal as prime support - then you'll be fine with GoTo Webinar.

Well suited for live sessions and recorded webinars. Not well suited for customized landing pages where you are wanting to use WordPress or HubSpot. A little challenging to register contacts manually for webinars. Some formatting does not duplicate if you are trying to replicate webinars on a mass scale. Would be nice if email notifications would show specific questions asked during webinar rather than in CSV export.

GoTo Webinar is a great tool for generating leads, keeping attendees engaged, and creating trust between hosts and attendees. We love the flexibility where we can use the GoTo Webinar landing page and reminder/confirmation emails or use integration with email or marketing automation software for similar purposes.

Well suited for company-wide meetings with being able to use with just a click of a link. Able to put it in on an outlook calendar easily for reminders so that way a meeting is never forgotten. Maybe less appropriate with only having one or two others where you could then use something like Microsoft Teams.

GoTo Webinar is great for any new introductions to tools, campaigns, and applications. It can hold a large number of people and it is nice that there is a mute future as well which helps. We mainly use it for rollouts in our company and it usually goes seamlessly which is great.
