We use different webinars tools for different group and this is the tool we used for external clients because it’s so easy. We love the ease of use for our account managers. Many of the clients we work with are not savvy in tech and they rave about the ease of use of our webinars.

GoTo Webinar lends itself well when online events are small to medium in size. It is easy to share the microphone with colleagues even remotely; As is giving the word to the listener. With larger events there are no substantial problems with operation, but message reading and interaction with participants is difficult.

I 100% recommend GoTo webinar with my colleague because, for the past few years, GoTo Webinar has been my tool. This is my frank assessment. I've noticed that even with a bad internet connection, the audio and video quality is flawless.2. GoTo Webinar offers a useful tool that is the ability to take screenshots.3. The ability to link the conference to a phone call is a fantastic feature.

It's highly suitable for hosting large-scale virtual events like industry conferences, product launches, and training sessions where engaging a dispersed audience is crucial. The platform's interactive features such as polls, Q&A, and surveys make it ideal for enhancing audience participation and feedback collection.

Moreover, it's excellent for businesses conducting regular webinars for lead generation, sales presentations, or educational purposes. Its analytics help in assessing attendee engagement and refining content strategies.

However, it might be less appropriate for smaller, more intimate meetings where real-time collaboration and video conferencing take precedence over one-to-many presentations. In such cases, simpler and more direct communication tools might be preferred.

Additionally, if a company requires highly specialised integrations or customisation options beyond what GoToWebinar offers, they might find limitations within the platform. I would totally recommend it for every kind of webinars. I have attended webinars where this platform was the tool chosen and they have been to teach about many topics - from soft skills to program functionalities. I think this platform is nice for all situations. The quality of the video from presenters is good and the content is well displayed without any issues.

We use it in our human resources department to give conferences, courses, training, remote meetings with the board of directors or other departments, although it is not the only conference tool that we use in the human resources department, I can mention that it is one of the most used. The tool is the best for remote learning a conferencing in the academic field. Extremely powerful to manage large audiences.
Not the best tool to stream videos from third party-souces, but well suited in case of presentations, like PPT and PDF. Best for conferencing on any topic that does imply passive learning by listening.

In our experince, GoTo Webiner is best fit for scenarios where don't need to integrate with other services or solution, If you want to create a simple webinar without many interactions GoTo is the best cost value option in the market. Maybe other solutions have their value because they offer different services, in the other hand GoTo has a complete dashboard for reports and analytics which is always appreciate.

If I had a third thumb, GoTo Webinar would get three thumbs up! This product works wonderfully as a watch-on-demand video. Smooth video and fantastic audio with an extended range of volume control. Other vendors can claim their product is a superior choice; however, in my history of experiencing multiple options, GoTo Webinar gets my highest marks!

IT is most useful about utilizing Go to Online course is that everything simply works. The stage is easy to understand and natural - Besides the fact that I ask can my registrants custom inquiries, yet I can set up mechanized follow-up messages, alter my accounts prior to posting a connection, track registrants in view of a source code, download numerous sorts of reports, and I've never had an error during a live occasion. There is such a huge amount to cherish about this stage that I could drill down another platforms

As a small tech company, GoTo Webinar is awesome for our quarterly product launches and inviting stakeholders are very easy and painless.

For internal meetings with a few participants, simpler video conferencing solutions like Zoom or Google Meet might be more convenient and easy to setup. If GoTo Webinar has a simpler, lightweight version, it might be more attractive to replace zoom or meet

GoTo Webinar is suitable when you need to implement a Webinar event, where the most important feature is for a speaker to transmit a message, with a focus on written Q&A. It is well suited for All-Hands meeting, for seminar when you are trying to deliver an unified message and what some level of control (high) on how participants can interact (only thru written Q&A). Also GoTo Webinar is great whenever you have larger audiences that are usually not suitable for other meetings tools.

If you need your audience to participate or be engaged with the seminar, you would need adittional tools on top of GoTo Webinar, or use different tools-

GoTo Webinar is very well suited for our purposes. Our webinars consist of a panelists and at least one moderator and a Q&A session at the end. Panelists are able to use the screen share feature to run their own slideshows and the moderator can review questions that are typed in by the audience. We rarely have issues with performance and if these is an issue it's usually on the user side. We can also add our own custom questions to the registration page so that we can collect additional info from the audience. Post session emails can be scheduled to target attendees and people that registered but didn't attend. You can set these emails to include a recording of the session as well.

A downside is that you cannot embed links or attach files to those emails. We send out disclosure/conflict of interest statements to all attendees prior to the sessions starting and being able to include those as attachments in the reminder emails would be great. You cannot blur your webcam background. Almost all of our panelists want that option and they usually say "Zoom can do it" when I say it's unavailable.

With GotoWebinar, you can effortlessly create attendance lists using dynamic lists and sync data with Salesforce campaigns. It requires minimal effort.

When you are going to plan a Webinar and the audience is large then it is a good platform to use. It also can be used just for broadcasting any presentation. I can't see any issue where it doesn't fit. but if planning for something which really matters for the proofs then this might be an wrong decision because its audio breaks frequently and also its sidebar shows black colour on viewer screen

I have typically used GoTo Webinar in order to attend lessons and seminars in my particular subject area. This has been critical as a year ago I started a new job that required a lot of learning on my part and goto webinar has given me access to a variety of seminars and lessons that have increased my knowledge exponentially
