At our company, we use Greenhouse Recruitment as an applicant tracking system and recruiting software. When candidates apply for a job opening, their candidate profile gets instantly created on the system. Since we have configured workflow into the system for each job category, it helps recruiters to easily identify at which stage the candidate is at. When the hiring manager asks recruiters, they will also be able to answer how many candidates are at each stage. For instance, 10 were at the recruiter interview and 3 were waiting for an offer to be signed. We also integrate the Greenhouse system into the Workday system. At the moment the candidate is marked as hired, the candidate profile becomes an employee profile in Workday. The ability to integrate with other systems significantly saves the HR team so many manual hours.

Greenhouse is good ATS system. This integrates well with other platforms. It is easy to use and has great reporting capabilities to analyse recruiting data. I am using Greenhouse for 4 years and never ever faced any challenge while using it. UI of the product is very clean and one can easily become hands on in few uses. I have used other ats systems as well but I am super happy with Greenhouse.

I've worked in startups where I have been first on the ground in Talent Acquisition and implement processes from the start. Thus I am the decisionmaker on the recruiting tools chosen to manage our hiring process and Greenhouse is always my go to. Greenhouse is utilized in our organization as an ATS system. Our aim is to organize our candidates by role they apply to, the software reflects the roles to linkedin and other websites so that potential employees can see the roles and apply. The software also goes beyond this basic ATS feature by allowing us to source through resumes by key word, and to run reports to look at specific recruiting statistics.

Greenhouse has helped with referring people into the company, keeping track of their stage in the interview process and learning what role is available to be shared to my networks. It allows me to keep track of who I've referred and who has applied via my referral link on my social media sites.

Also, the auto-posting function which links to my personal linkedin profile helps in providing exposure for the company.

Greenhouse is the ATS we have used as our company scaled from 70 up to 600+. The software has a lot of capabilities and is somewhat customizable. We use it for posting roles, receiving applications and managing candidates throughout the interview process including sending all communications to candidates and managing internal logistics and interview feedback for candidates.

We used Greenhouse for both our ATS and CRM system. The platform allows us to successfully complete the entire recruitment process - from setting up requisitions, candidate management and sending out offers.

We also have a number of tools that integrate successfully with the platform such as Calendly to schedule interviews and CodeSignal for technical exercises.

Before interviews, we were assigned core values in Greenhouse to ask in the interviews, so that we did not overlap or miss anything. Greenhouse is our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), or primary recruiting tool. It offers a modern user interface, delivered graphical dashboards and a streamlined application workflow. It does not, however, include a comprehensive careers page beyond basic job listings with search and filters, or recruitment marketing / candidate relationship management (CRM) features. All in all, a good choice for simpler companies. For customers with more complex needs - or a desire to consolidate vendors - perhaps less so.

Well I have used this product in our hiring process in collaboration with hiring team. Tool actually does great job in terms of sending out mailers to candidates and provides 360 degrees view of whole ecosystem in each candidate interview. Actually collates feedback from various sources and provides overall health of profile. Also has ability to send reminders to users to ensure no one miss out timelines.
