Both of these options were considered however SuccessFactors was too limited in functionality and key wishers had poor previous experience with it. Comment on the other hand was on the shortlist but most business users preferred US-based solutions that had many references with other startups.

Greenhouse is hands down one of the best systems out there! An HR dream that has incredible capabilities built-in and frees up time to focus on what really matters - the candidate experience, getting your job postings in the right place, and improved collaboration with hiring managers. Compared to other systems, it's easy to use, has great dashboards and analytics built-in, and has an amazing CS and partnership team to help out along the way.

Lever works better for companies that have full recruiting teams. It isn't as user-friendly for Greenhouse. Out of all of the ATS systems I trialed, Greenhouse is by far the best ATS I have used, as well as having the most positive feedback across the company. I highly recommend Greenhouse and continually do so to other startups looking to ease their hiring process.

According to the pricing and on a team review we get to know that the teams are more compatible and find greenhouse more adequate software than any other . Some more modifications like business centric recruitment process must be added to enhance the features , rest the software is doing really good and one should go for it.

Lever has very similar features - and for me the UI of Greenhouse wins. Greenhouse is easier to navigate and easier for scheduling. I also think that having to build out reporting within tableau to get the depth of reporting some may need is not scalable. I like that Greenhouse has the google report connector that has a much lower barrier to entry.

Additionally, it is a simple to use platform for members of the company outside the human resources department, offering the ability to refer candidates for potential open roles. Greenhouse and JobDiva are similar - they're both easy to use and don't require a huge time commitment for the applicant. iCIMS is also easy for the candidate to apply. ADP requires a significant time commitment from the applicant, but, it has integration features that the others don't have.

Greenhouse is the Tesla of ATS. It is the most innovative and effective, but it is still competitively priced. It is not clunky and hard to use like an Icims, and it has way more features and is easier to scale with your business than ever.

I was not the decision-maker in the evaluation and purchasing of Greenhouse. My team has continued to use and re-sign with Greenhouse every year, so our satisfaction with the product is high. I cannot speak to the merits of other software at this time, but I am happy with Greenhouse and will stick with them for the foreseeable future.

Greenhouse has the best third-party integrations with other systems, which increases our candidate flow and reduces our friction and number of manual steps in our interview process. It has some of the best workflow definitions and interview structuring support with objective outcome measurement.

Greenhouse doesn't even compare to these other systems. I was a recruiter in a past life, and I can say that even as an end user of Greenhouse now (strictly for interviews)...it is far superior to the other comparable systems out there. Greenhouse is user friendly, the UI is easy to follow, the functionality is there, and plenty more I'm probably forgetting about. I would never want to go back to another ATS.

Provides the best candidate experience, is mobile friendly, scheduling is integrated with google calendar, great scorecard/feedback system that provides transparency and integrates with many vendors. Additionally it allows you to capture all communication on the candidate.

iCIMS is VERY clunky compared to Greenhouse. I have heard good things about Lever. We demo'd with Lever and Jazz when we were selecting a new ATS and went with Greenhouse. I have heard Greenhouse is more expensive than others and some companies get priced out. When I recommend Greenhouse to people, sometimes they say "I wish, but it's too expensive!"

Greenhouse has more integrations than Newton and is less confusing. I felt like with Newton you could accomplish the same task several different ways which ended up being more confusing than helpful. The email templates were less customizable and weren't optional for Newton as well - I also don't remember them being linked to your actual email account.

ADP is pretty outdated, design and experience-wise, when it comes to Greenhouse. I've used both products before and find Greenhouse to be more simple, clean and easy for anyone to log on and access. There wasn't great support with ADP and Greenhouse is a solid enough product that I've never had to use their support before.

Workable was the cheapest option but also the youngest (so less feature-rich). Lever was similarly priced and had much more intuitive workflows. The tipping point to go with Greenhouse was their handling of job requisitions. We have a large amount of detail in job approvals prior to any hiring efforts which Greenhouse supports. Both Workable and Lever only had a very limited amount of detail submitted in job requisitions approvals.

I have not used other third party products like Greenhouse before. Typically at previous jobs this has been managed internally via a team portal. Greenhouse is overall better and friendlier user interface and is built to have advanced functions (set up permissions, assign different roles, and exchange comments with the recruiter or hiring manager.
