It is being used on our specific marketing team. We use it mainly to track monthly emails we send to our clients the first of each month. It has posed a good solution to tracking so many emails & even scheduling emails or writing email templates when needed.

  • I wish that Groove linking attachments (like pdfs & other files) in emails was easier. I think there is a file size limit that limits the documents that you can attach & what will link in Salesforce.
  • Formatting Groove templates are sometimes hard. If I have text that I want to paste into a new email template I am creating, the font, spacing & overall look won't be the same in the live email after I create it.
Groove is well-suited for email scheduling & templates. If your team uses similar emails for dealers or clients, this is the tool for you. Also, if you need to track emails to an account in Salesforce then Groove is appropriate. I also love just being able to customize my own emails with my own voice for my customers.

Groove is great if you work with customers and use salesforce. Being able to reach out to leads without having to worry to enter the information in the CRM is great. This works not only if you are a salesperson but if you are a consultant or provide support.

I use Groove for email outreach to prospects and current clients through campaigns. I also use Groove to manage my calendar and it allows prospects/partners to schedule directly through my email signature. It works extremely well and helps me track which campaigns are working better than others, with detailed analytics on click-through and responses.

  • I would love to see carrying the message over in the LinkedIn integration section, instead of having to recreate a custom message for each connection

Groove makes calendar management more efficient in terms of meetings that were booked through Groove appears on my Google Calendar. It also notifies me through email whenever a client schedules a meeting with me. This prevents missed appointments on both the client and the production team. I use Groove mainly for prospecting and building my pipeline via mass mail communications organized in flows, adding phone calls as further follow up. I also use Groove to inform my current customers of any new feature developed by the company or to inform about any special event involving me or the company.

In my opinion Groove is the perfect tool for any kind of mass communication message either to hot or cold contacts. It also has very goods features for 1:1 communication as it gives you access to precious tracking data about who's reading your mail. Definitely a great help when it comes to build an effective mail communication strategy. For calls I think there is room for improvement, as at the moment doesn't provide too many options when it comes to log categories.

I use Groove daily within my organization. I start my day by checking my email to see my "Tasks" for the day and also shows me my results from the prior day. In addition, it shows me exactly who opened my emails, from what company and their email. Upon checking that I get into the tool and it shows me exactly what must be done that day wether its calls, emails, linkedin steps, whatever. As a BDR this is very helpful to know what must be done for the day and it is very easy to follow and I always know what I must do.

  • Love how easy it is to see my activity for the day, week, month, etc

  • Very easy to make calls straight from the application
  • I tend to get an error message every once in a while which completely shuts me off from using Groove
Without Groove I wouldn't be able to do my day to day. It shows exactly what is due for the day and it is very easy to put contacts into your flows.

We use Groove as a resource for outbound and cold outreach to many of our top target accounts. It is used by our Sales Department and is integrated with Salesforce which we use as a company. It really does help us book meetings with key stakeholders and utilizes our time the best by many shortcuts Groove has to offer for our team.

  • Groove helps in setting important reminders, which if missed may lead to huge business loss
  • Groove campaigns are such big time savers that it helps utilise the time of team for quality work instead of monotonous work
  • It helps decipher the interest level of customers via tracking feature
  • The integration with Salesforce helps keep track of the tasks and saves duplication of work
  • Campaigns should be possible for contacts outside of Salesforce. That will help reach out to more contacts.
  • Sometimes its tough to understand if the tracking counts our own company domains also. If there is a breakup of the views it will be helpful
Groove is well suited for most stages of the sales process. especially for the responses to the inbound leads and also for outreach activities for the outbound leads.
Its not so appropriate when a customised template is to be used.

We have to email a substantial amount of addresses daily; Groove allows us to have a template that we can use to quickly and accurately email each individual the information they need. We also are able to have targeted email campaigns that will allow us to quickly deliver information as well as target a particular group.
  • Ease of use. I am able to quickly write out an email template and save it for the next use.
  • Workflow. I am able to get into a steady rhythm with regards to contacting and then emailing my target audience. I can even email while I am on the phone, which makes it easier to have conversations without interrupting the client.
  • Analytics. Being able to see the percentage of clients who opened our emails, and figuring out what works and how to get adjustments for future campaigns.
  • More automated options.
  • Salesforce and Groove deeper integration.
  • Being able to share information out more broadly outside of Salesforce.
Groove's UI is one of the top things about it: all of my important information is available in a very readable format and can be easily parsed out to any stakeholders as needed. With me spending less time with entering data, I can spend more time with the client, which again, makes my job a lot easier than having to spend too much time with data entry.

I love using Groove to keep me and my team organized and our customer communications consistent. The various tools help us grow our business, while still staying nimble, and validate experiments faster with strong data and user experience. I will keep using groove for marketing campaigns, customer feedback, and team collaboration in the new year.
  • I used templates to make sure we're operating with the same language when connecting with customers
  • I use Flows to integrate with Salesforce and reach targeted audiences while working with experimental products
  • I use the calendar function to book meetings between customers and multiple teammates
  • I use the reminder function to keep my inbox clean and my workflow organized around do now and do later tasks
  • Groove's integration in Gmail is decent, but still a bit rudimentary.
  • The calendar scheduling function needs improvement: it's a little clunky and easy to make a misstep while difficult to go back and correct
  • Sometimes the Salesforce integration is glitchy and it's hard to diagnose why. Would love a better diagnostic feature here.
Groove is great for individuals looking to take control of a sales pipeline or coordinate communication efforts across a team. It's not ideal for complex or nuanced reporting.

I use Groove to streamline my email and call prospecting activities. It helps me create mini-campaigns for targeted leads of about 25-100. Staying consistent and organized in prospecting is always a challenge, and Groove allows me to do just that. Each "flow" is designed for a different type of prospect, and automation tools within Groove allow my emails to seem very personal to the client without me having to hand type 100% of every email. It is also very easy to use, which is essential to me as an active seller and account manager.

Groove is well suited for active salespeople who are trying to truly develop business in a personal matter. Groove allows me to automate this enough to save me time and energy (from not having to write the same email all the time) but is not so invasive that is feels like spam for the client. It is not well suited for a huge organization trying to 100% automate its email marketing.

I use Groove for my daily email outreach to new and current users, from check in emails to training materials. It makes hitting my book of business so much easier.

  • I would love to have some lunch and learns or some type of training to learn new ways to use the product. It's been a year and I only know the few ways I've always used it and I'm sure I'm just scratching the surface.

I use Groove in almost everything I do. It has made my job so much easier to hit my daily outreach numbers and to free up my time as an AE to do more in-depth prospecting. I'm a big fan of the ability to send follow up emails set for a later time or the capability to add a new prospect to a quick flow without having to leave the page i'm in saves me so much time in my day.

When Groove is set up correctly it doesn't let you miss contacting your pipeline. When you get busy with some clients or just company projects, you can miss things. Groove automatically sends emails and texts to your pipeline per your parameters. Has made me more productive with less work.

  • It will report some contacts that nothing was sent so, my PC gets loaded.
  • Would like a lesson with examples. Would be great if I could get a one-on-one with a pro who could hear my needs and tailor a Groove for me.

I use Groove for email outreach. It allows me to send out larger amounts of emails and track the success of my email campaigns. I can tell if someone has opened an email or clicked on a link within an email I have sent. It also helps keep me organized with outreach. Beyond emails, I also use them to make phone calls.

  • Allows you to quickly and efficiently get large amounts of email out.
  • Allows you to create workflows for future outreach.
  • It can be tedious to update all fields of campaigns, making it an easier process would be nice. A drag-down option is a potentially or easier way to move from one field to another.
Groove is well suited for anyone trying to do large amounts of outreach and get a lot of activity out in a short period of time. If you want to understand better what messaging is working best, it can help you identify when/where engagement is the highest.

We use Groove to track activity within an account by tracking recent emails and updating the same on Salesforce on the go. Also, it helps us in creating customer contacts directly on Salesforce. Apart from this, I frequently use it to create email templates and save them so that I can use them later on. This saves my time and helps with work optimization.

  • Tracking of emails. If a thread is being tracked and updated on Salesforce, an indication of the same on Gmail will help.
It works best when you are in a rush and would like to send some emails by using saved templates. It is a one-click job, and a well-written email pops up. When there is an email from a new person from the client's end, and you would like to update it as a contact on salesforce, the extension can be used to create the contact in one go.

It was really useful and handy during the implementation of the sales force, during the practice sessions and implementation stages. Being able to send to salesforce is a plus—solid value for the price point. The integration into SalesForce and Gmail is also incredible too, and really leverages the tools like the message and link tracking to have the best timing on calling customers.

Groove allows you to log and track emails coming in and out. Groove offers an inexpensive solution for those several hundred users to still engage our constituents right from their email accounts. It's easy to use and set up. It also offers a lot more functionality and simple user management. The user experience in the flows is sometimes a challenge. It is not as clean as I'd like it to be.

Our organization uses Groove in a variety of capacities. The biggest use case for us is attaching the emails, meetings, and calls we have with customers to the Salesforce opportunity. This saves us from having to manually enter these activities saving us a tremendous amount of time which means we have more time to allocate towards activities to drive net new business.
  • Meeting Scheduler - shows our availability and allows our clients/partners to book meetings with us
  • Log Activities to SFDC - with just a few clicks you can share the activity to the opportunity in Salesforce
  • Groove Analytics - a dashboard that shows your activities for the day, week, month, or quarter. It also shows as a percentage of the emails that are opened and the links that are clicked
  • Being able to add a new contact record to Salesforce by simply attaching the activity to the opportunity
  • Being able to log meetings that occur based on clients/partners using the meeting scheduler link your software provides
  • Being able to share leads to AWS/Microsoft using Groove i.e a connector that allows me to share to the APN/MPN
If your sales team is manually entering all activities with clients Groove is something that you need. I've personally only ever used Groove with Gmail and Salesforce but I can only assume that it's just as good if you're an Office 365/Dynamics 365 shop. Help your sellers and your organization by enabling them to spend more time on money-generating activities rather than data entry.

I make use of Groove for customer engagement and feedback, it's very helpful in linking appointments via my Google calendar. It's even more useful in the templates that I have been able to create which allows me to streamline my email communication which allows me to speed up my workflow. What I enjoy most about Groove is that it allows me to draw on information from Salesforce that I can link to my Groove templates when creating my Groove templates. Before I made use of Groove it was a tedious process of sending out individual emails but now with the Groove templates I am able to make use of a template and edit it according to the customer's feedback required. Groove allows me to simplify and organize my workflow so easily and effortlessly.

Excellent for reaching out to many clients at once. Also for prospecting to offer ancillary services. And, the scheduler tool is so convenient to use for clients!

I have reached many customers using automated flows that allow me to book meetings, and get a pulse check on how they are doing as an organization. We recently switched to another product instead of Groove and I miss it so much. Connected emails to opps in salesforce far better than what we are using now.
