- Sometimes Groove just sends out my flows before I have had a chance to review them but this is probably my user error as opposed to anything wrong with Groove

The best tool for a Sales Representative!
- Flows! This helps me organize clients and prospects by industry/category. I can also select talk tracks/email templates which save me a TON of time.
- Spaces. I use this to organize all my data. Instead of using Excel or the original source of the data, this helps me keep everything organized and allows me to take notes, view progress, etc.
- Email tracker! My favorite feature in Groove. Allows me to gauge a client's interest because I can see when, where and how many times they view the information I send.
- Set up process - Groove was confusing to set up. Once I set it up, there weren’t any clear instructions on how to use Groove and the benefits of it.

- I get errors often on my tracked emails, for example, I'll get a bunch of opens at the same time for every email I sent that day, all in the same location
- I have issues with the chrome extension, it will disappear randomly
