How Groove gets me organized.

Get Groovy with Groove!
Secondly, Groove eliminated the need of having two different databases for contact data. We use SFDC, and previously used Outreach. While Outreach has a second database hosting the same contact/lead data from SFDC, Groove directly pulls the data from SFDC, which was a huge plus for us when we evaluated Groove in the first place

- Dialer sometimes doesn't work properly
- Product is still in growth stage and might not have all the features that Outreach/Salesloft use
- It might take their eng/support team a while to fix your issues
On the other hand, I recommend this tool for people who don't love to do a lot of admin work, because this tool requires extremely minimum admin efforts post initial setup.

Why I use Groove
- Scheduler link- allows you to provide restrictions e.g. prevent events less than X hours away.
- Ability to embed specific times of availability in the email
- Ability to limit the times on different days of the week that you are available using their availability feature.
- I would love for Groove's scheduler link to have an expiration option
- Ability to copy your specific times of availability into another platform (not just email)
