I use Groove on a daily basis for email scheduling as well as tracking, Link and Attachment Activity, Templates and CRM integration. Overall it is a great time-saver, as it facilitates the most time consuming work processes. Sending out emails to hundreds of people is being reduced to a couple of clicks, with my templates, scheduling and flows this is giving me so much time to focus on the important parts of business. Moreover scheduling a meeting with my clients have never been easier!

For our business usage Groove provides only advantages to our daily work. It is incredibly useful to service multiple clients (20 upwards) due to scheduled email activity and email flows that are sent out automatically. Also for agreeing on meetings, Groove is a great support to avoid ping pong with client by allowing me to visually provide my availability and book a meeting with me whenever it suits my clients.

I use Groove to organize my outreach & workflow. By importing all of my contacts into specific flows, I know when to reach out to prospects & the proper messaging to use for them. It helps my organization, time management, and quality of work. I Use groove every day to make around 80 emails/phone calls per day.

Our sales reps leverage Groove for their daily tasks such as outbound prospecting, following up with leads through email cadences, calls, linkedin touches. Groove automatically syncs with our Google instance (Gmail, Gcal) and SFDC to log all rep generated activities manually. This saves our reps a ton of time, eliminating the manual data entry process and consequent human error. Having standardized data entered in our CRM, also enabled us to build a standard set of reporting, to asses rep performance against our internal KPIs.

Secondly, Groove eliminated the need of having two different databases for contact data. We use SFDC, and previously used Outreach. While Outreach has a second database hosting the same contact/lead data from SFDC, Groove directly pulls the data from SFDC, which was a huge plus for us when we evaluated Groove in the first place

  • It might take their eng/support team a while to fix your issues
This tool is well suited for organizations who don't have many reps, and reporting doesn't need to be extremely granular. Unfortunately, they should work on providing the same level of reporting of a competitor like Outreach.

On the other hand, I recommend this tool for people who don't love to do a lot of admin work, because this tool requires extremely minimum admin efforts post initial setup.

Groove is a go to tool for our sales teams to actively engage with a wide range of customers. The ability to view analytics on email and text flows helps our teams use language efficiently and help our messaging stand out in a sea of competitors. Being able to see both open rate and response rate helps us keep our language fresh and actively build better email and text blasts.

We use Groove in tandem with Salesforce. When I get notified of a new client purchasing test kits and swatches I can immediately go into Groove and and send a follow up text message in real time which helps the client know they are being taken care of and that this text is an organic next step since their recent action is top of mind.

Groove helps me easily share my availability with clients and have them pick a time that works for them. Helps avoid the back and forth with clients when trying to pick a time that works for all the parties involved.
  • Scheduler link- allows you to provide restrictions e.g. prevent events less than X hours away.
  • Ability to embed specific times of availability in the email
  • Ability to limit the times on different days of the week that you are available using their availability feature.
  • I would love for Groove's scheduler link to have an expiration option
  • Ability to copy your specific times of availability into another platform (not just email)
Groove is great for scheduling times with your clients. I use this tool daily if not hourly!

I use Groove to communicate with clients. I work with thousands of different people on different accounts and without Groove, I wouldn't be able to manage my communications, know specifically which type of outreach is appropriate, or keep track of when I last emailed or called a client.

  • Sometimes is difficult to navigate through shared and archived and all the different kinds of flows
  • Copying a flow can be a real pain at times as well
Groove is honestly great for managing seriously huge amounts of outreach, which is what I do in my job. It helps me stay on task, provides reminders of what is due daily in each task step, etc. For a sales position such as mine, Groove is basically invaluable. Helps me get my message out to clients and customers quickly and easily. The only beef I might have with the product is a lack of intuitiveness when it comes to searching for flows or copying flows.

As an organization we use Groove to help with organization and the increase of prospecting efforts within our sales team. Our primary uses are reaching out to prospects weather it is cold out reach or for industry events it allows us to stay focused on a specific prospecting effort while increasing our overall activity over time. It has been very helpful to allow us to track all of our activities within Salesforce across the company.

We use Groove by sending out email blasts and following campaigns to be organized on how to follow an email and call tracking. This is to help us get clients to jump on account reviews. It's solving the problem of being able to send out mass emails and making sure that we are calling each client the appropriate amount. I use Groove every day without fail and it helps keep me organized.

We use Groove across the board. I use it for creating templates and also for tracking emails sent on a weekly basis. We run Spiffs between the CSMs and track this in Groove itself. The product has addressed a few issues for me, mainly being able to track open rates and response rates on email, to understand how successful a campaign has gone.

I use Groove to help manage my accounts. I have multiple clients in my book of business with various demands and follow up. Groove helps me log my interactions seamlessly in Salesforce and also helps manage read receipts for correspondence. Scheduling emails is also extremely easy, so I can have emails sent during business hours.

Groove helps organize outreach by allowing us to create outreach flows and execute on them in an easy and organized way. Groove also enables us to track opens and clicks on emails which is essential in our process. We're able to reach out to a significant amount of contacts in an easy effective way.

I use Groove every day for prospecting and scheduling my outreach. The groove sidebar helps with the ease of prospecting as I am able to easily plug in leads into Salesforce and later schedule my outreach touch points. Myself along with my team utilizes the ability to create and share flows for our outreach. In the analytics tab, we are also able to see in-depth data on how these flows are performing in terms of open rate, response rate and meetings booked.

Groove is very helpful in creating leads via the sidebar. I am able to create leads and contacts much more seamlessly than manually entering this information. Additionally, my team has connected Groove to Google calendar and Salesforce so that our outreach, activities, and meetings booked can be tied together and viewed across these platforms.

Groove is amazing because you have all the data analytics right at the tips of your fingertips. I use Groove to fix the problems that come up with Salesforce. For my job, I am constantly emailing, calling, and prospecting new logo leads. Groove makes it so easy to determine who would be a good lead based off email opens, hot lists, and analytics. Everyday I find a new thing I love about Groove.

In my job, I am considered the Groove GURU because I am constantly training other employees how to use Groove effectively for our roles. Groove is perfect for streamlining daily contact and account prospecting. Uploading contacts and accounts directly from Salesforce is a huge plus and showing the analytics behind calls, emails, and flows is absolutely the best thing about Groove. I believe our company under utilizes Groove because most employees don't know how/why to use Groove. In my line of work, Groove is the most appropriate tool to use because its the most efficient.

Import contacts and leads from Salesforce into Groove so we can call, email, and connect on LinkedIn. We use it to track activity across our team. Also used to track which contacts or leads open and reply to emails as well as link clicks within the email. When we call from Groove it gets tracked in Salesforce as well. I use the Groove scheduler in my emails so people I reach out to have an easier way to schedule meetings.

For what I do on a day to day basis, Groove is perfect. Someone who does a lot of outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn. Someone who wants to reach out to specific prospects for specific areas - for example: if I am working on a project that specific to trees and one specific to grass, I can set up two separate flows, one that has all my templates for trees and one that has all my templates for grass. I can then add my tree people to my tree flow and my grass people to my grass flow.

I use Groove to do massive sending to prospects and do follow-ups to these emails. My key problem is about calls because one thing I do is calls in the USA and the other very different thing I do is call outside and if I use iOS, then my calls aren't viewed on my reports.

I use Groove to manage email outreach to different prospects. It is especially useful for designing the flow of different email campaigns, and for assigning prospects to different campaigns as recipients. I can use it to track email opens in real-time, as well as overall open rates, which helps with my outreach. Overall, it is a very useful tool for email marketing.

I primarily use Groove for prospecting, lead nurturing, voice-to-voice calls, email and analytics, etc. Groove helps me stay organized, on task and on track to meet/surpass my daily metrics and aid in pipeline generation. It's an easy-to-use, intuitive tool that has had a direct impact on my overall success in business development.

I use Groove to prospect in my territory, which is three states. I have a lot of territory to cover and by doing Flows, I am able to spread the word about our services more efficiently. I use Groove to connect with current customers and also prospective students. I use Groove to log my calls in Salesforce and this is a huge time saver.

Using it to streamline inputs into SFDC by the sales team(s). Also, we use it to track email opens and things of that nature. Ultimately, Groove is a great tool to gauge sales member performance. We've also used the service to manage and store leads.

Groove makes a lot of sense when you are building a sales organization or a business development team from scratch. It is also an exceptional tool that the marketing team can be able to use because it is a great storage system for all things related to outbound outreach. It is not great for product research-related things because the data is often not trustworthy in my opinion.

I use Groove daily, to make calls, email my contacts, keep track of my activity, etc. It's very well integrated with other tools of my tech stack, like Gmail and Salesforce, that I use mostly. I highly recommend the use of Groove, as I find it very useful and time-saving!

Groove is a wonderful tool. We have worked with Outreach previously and made the switch since Groove sits right on top of SFDC. Clean, simple, easy to use and operate at scale or hyper-personalized. This tool has allowed for me to never skip a beat and become a UHP.
  • Flows are an absolute time saver.
  • By leaning into the use of the product more, you can simplify your outbound efforts and really spend your brain power in real time with the prospect.
  • As a daily user groove keeps me in sync with my actual calendar and the next steps for each account in the queue.
  • Ability to choose cell vs direct in call flows.
  • Ability to preselect cell for an entire instant dial session.
  • Ability to remove people from the email portion of a cadence and lean into the call/text. If that is the preferred or engaging channel for that individual prospect.
No matter what industry, there is room for you to get organized and get to the point. Groove can help you do that.
