- Sometimes the omnibar (chrome extension) will disappear
- I'd like the suffix field for a contact name to appear when I'm executing steps in a play so I can see if they're an MD and I need to address them as Dr.

- To postpone an activity until a certain time, not only a date and remind me when it is due
- Groove lets you know who has or has not opened your email and if you clicked on a link that was provided.
- It also lets you know how many times the email has been viewed. If it's multiple times, most likely the person has forwarded the email to others to view.
- You can send out hundreds or thousands of emails at once.
- It would be nice to be able to send out Groove emails to users that are not in Salesforce
