We use Groove to create a systematic cadence and follow-up process for our sales team. The goal is to have an easy process that's more-or-less automated, so management can have control over how to reach out and how often, when we communicate with potential clients. It allows our sales team to take the "thinking" out of what needs to happen next with a prospect.

Groove is very good when it comes to creating sequences for different types of reachouts for prospects. It is also useful to have AB test, to make sure what you're doing makes sense. Groove excels in its bulk email campaigns, particularly with the ease of adding contacts from Salesforce into a specific email cadence.

We're using Groove to connect our emails to our CRM. In which we help our Quality Analyst to check all of the details from our email to Groove and to the CRM that we are using. Groove is a great help for us to see the notification if the restaurant partner's already replied to what we send to them.

When Groove was able to notify me that the other party already seen the email is pretty nice. It help us a lot to prepare what they will have to say. It will also help our business to grow more since they know that we are professionally waiting for them to reply.

Groove overall is a well thought out piece of software that has a bright future. The pricing is great for the value that you receive from the tool.
  • Groove Flow is the best automation tool that our company has used - it is intuitive with a friendly UI and strong integration with SalesForce. Groove's support team is amazing and quick, and willing to put in user requests for new features.
  • The only complaint I would have is when I have it turned on in my gmail it covers up a portion of my email window where attachement typically show up.
I often found out that the Salesforce.com integration was broken for a user after the fact.

I use Groove to assist with creating and sending communication to my customers. Groove supports streamlining the communication process in an efficient and easy to use way. Groove allows me to easily check if my communication was received, read, replied, etc. Groove's platform is organized and easy to use. It saves me valuable time and assists with me adding value to my customers!

  • I wish that it was easier to group certain client emails without the cumbersome process of the CSV file in Salesforce
I have to say my customer support experience has made me enjoy Groove even more. The self help articles that have videos and less words are super helpful and every support person I've interacted with has gone way over what I expected. I did stumble upon an a problem where I didn't realize follow up flows for a problem were sent out to customers. I'm sure this was an error on my part and I will need to look into it.

The main piece is automation. Groove has helped me hugely in terms of automating outreach.

My role focuses on cold outreach, such as generating new leads and cold calling/texting our client population. Because of this, being able to load all the leads into the flow and blasting texts/emails away has been hugely helpful as opposed to manually sending out each message one by one.

In addition to the automation of cold outreaching new leads, I think Groove has really helped ''nurturing'' the client base.

We have leads that are unresponsive, or not interested, and putting them into an automated email flow to keep clients somewhat engaged/interested is a huge help. If not for this, we would have to allot time to uninterested leads which aren't a huge priority, but also a priority. Nurture flows allow us to keep previous clients engaged and perhaps have them be interested in us in the future.

We are using it to keep track of our daily activities in the Sales department. It helps us manage our time better for a smoother sale cycle which allows us to hit our numbers/goals and stay on track as a team and organization.

I use Groove for email, sms and call actions. I think manual sending of emails, typing of SMS, and entering phone numbers to dial. With Groove everything is automatic. Communication scope.
  • Analytics is very useful to see where you at for the day like productivity wise
  • Flows are very helpful to track how many pending actions you have and those required to have a follow-up.
  • Templates I can create my own template and edit it anytime.
  • Auto Update- right now we need to check in for updates manually it doesn't auto-update
  • Connecting call issue- sometimes when we clicked on the phone number it's just connecting even after restarting the dialer
  • Messages I hope we could read previous messages I noticed once it's read it disappears from the recent tab of the dialer
Groove is a very convenient communication tool. I must say all scenarios since we are using it on a daily basis.

I use Groove to monitor the emails that I am sending to my clients. Checking if they were able to receive and read it. I also use Groove in monitoring the number of calls that I did on a daily basis, every 3 days, 7days and monthly record. I also use Groove for my email template. Groove was able to address the problem when it comes to monitoring everyday task through email and with the help of the other tools integrated with it.

I sent an email to a client, before using Groove I am always wondering if the client was able to receive my email or not but now using Groove I was now able to confirm it because I can now track if my client opens my email or if my client clicks the link on the email that I sent. I can also now be able to monitor my productivity by checking the number of my calls however it would be better if I can also see the number of minutes of my call.

When it done not work it could be manually task to up load the all the email in to sales force & data entry need to be done. the use case are mainly dispute & uprate information of the business for the changes been done. on the account or SAP hana 4. Groove play a very vital role in the business it track down all the information from any one personal email to Salesforce. From acconto to any communication of overdue invoices & statements. We can upload image & any document to salesforce by using Groove.

Groove has really automated some of the processes --- sending emails that linked to work email and safekeep notes. We now spend less time doing manual work, say for example, Google sheet or notepad. I used Groove to communicate with my customer or client thru email because sometimes, when we are trying to call them, and they don't have enough time to stay longer on their phone using Groove, we can still communicate with them and still have a chance to convert or having sales.

Groove help the team in a lot of ways, Mostly when tracking emails and conversation with the customer to the business email that we're using. It is a great way for us to track and check the conversation without compromising the integrity of the business. Groove really helps the team by taking notes and checking the last conversation they have with the customer. With that being said, this application is really necessary for us to work efficiently. I hope this application upgrades in much more ways connecting to other tools that we're using in the business. Sales of the team will be more efficient with the help of this tool.

The use of Groove makes everything easier because I can track the views on the email that I send to my clients. I use this as my leverage when contacting some of my unresponsive clients. groove also gives me the idea of acknowledgement because I can see when they are viewing the emails that I've sent.

Groove is the tool we use to track email sent to our customers. It allows us to see the history of the correspondence which makes it easier for us to accurately make decisions and how we can position our pitch. It makes the customers feel confident with our service since the information we are providing is consistent and personalized.

Groove is specifically suited for tracking emails. It allows me to see in the sales tool the correspondence sent to customers so I can review them without going to my inbox. Groove is quite help full to me since it has some features that we can view if the recipient already viewed my emails, you will be able to see when and how many times they viewed it. There is also a feature that is quite helpful that we can log it or integrate our email thread to our salesforce software so that we can follow through our previous conversations.

I use Groove to keep my daily communication with clients balanced and organized accordingly. I use Groove to help schedule meetings, send out news and resources and many other updates with my companies products and solutions.

Groove is awesome. We use Groove to properly monitor the emails being sent as well as this helps us identify if the users that we sent the email to were able to open the email. It also helps give us the signal that we can move to the next step process as the users should be aware of the email that was sent. This is usually used on contacts and emails. Which makes life easier for us and we don't need to be left in the dark as usual users that we sent emails to usually reply.
  • Emails - when sending out emails, you are notified that the email is being monitored
  • Contacts - It also helps identify the correct email and name of the person you are sending an email to.
  • It confirms the legitimacy of the user that you are talking to
  • The add-on must be applied to each computer and does not move to another browser where the account is being signed in on.
  • It is hard to implement or setup on the computer/account
  • It would make life easier if it's attached on the account itself at least incase that it needs to move from 1 station to another, it is easily applied to make life easier.
- Business Updates as things are on tight schedule and usually needed to be fast and sometimes emails can be neglected or not read. At least with Groove you will be able to verify if they read the email that you've sent and you can easily move to the next step process once confirmed that the email was opened.

We use Groove in everything we do on our sales process. It integrates well with another sales platform called Salesforce. It allows users like me to save email templates that can be used later for sending blast emails to our sales prospects. It also shows us how many times the email has been opened. It has a scheduler as well letting clients to book a meeting anytime and it auto logs the date on the calendar notifying the user or sender of the email. This tool saves users a lot of time which greatly impacts the productivity in a good way.

Groove has a feature that allows clients to book a future meeting with the email sender/ sales associate. I had this client that has been unreachable for a month already, every time I tried to contact her, nobody answered. Then one day she replied on my email with the exact date and time that she would like to be contacted. I was able to reach her finally and the sale was just a walk in the park.
