I use Groove every day to make outbound calls. I usually make anywhere from 40 to 70 calls each day. Before using Groove, I had to manually dial numbers to make calls. It was a total pain in the butt. Groove helps be manage my sales pipeline and makes me much more efficient.
  • Click to dial. Being able to click on a number and have it pop up on the groove dialer is a game changer.
  • Email monitoring. Groove notifies me when a sales prospect opens one of my emails.
  • Call recording. Groove records my call which helps me take notes after calls.
  • Being able to create flows more easily would be more helpful.
  • Any way that Groove could turn into an auto dialer would be great.
  • Having the call dispositions be closer to the call and end call buttons.
Sales reps who using a standard phone dialing system will never be as efficient and effective as reps who use a system like Groove. Having the ability to send and receive emails and calls from a system like Groove allows for sales prospects to communicate more with sales reps. The closing rate of those sales are proving to be much higher.

We use Groove to support Marketing events and initiatives, but most importantly we use it to supplement Sales messages. We automate responses and flows to start people on a path of interest and continue the nurturing based on decisions or actions by the prospect/customer.

Groove is easy to install and implement. User adoption is quick and does not require in-depth knowledge of marketing or sales messaging. It carries data between SFDC and itself. It allows for quick scheduling of meetings and reduces individual messaging between prospects and Sales.

I find that you do need to make sure you have a good process in place for what you want to automate and the various messaging/timing for each flow. However, this is true for any system such as this.

After extensive research and use of the major systems in the market area, it was an easy choice to use Groove.

I use Groove to send out email templates and monitor/track how often the customer opens, clicks and replies to the emails. This helps me better understand which email templates work best, as well as which customers are actually interested and clicking on the links in my emails. It's convenient to see how often a customer opens my emails.

Groove is very well suited for a company or job role in which the person has to reach out to a large amount of customers/clients and keep up with email outreach on a regular basis. It's fantastic for keeping track of the customers who might show interest by clicking on the links and opening emails multiple times. I don't think Groove would be as appropriate for a job role where a person doesn't need to send out emails often and doesn't need to keep track of those email outcomes.

We have been using it to send emails using the custom templates within Groove. We also use the Groove analytics feature to check the engagement made by prospects over emails and how to better engage with them.

We use Groove to stay organized with our outreach to customers. It allows us to create Flows for different common scenarios (renewal notifications, for example) and saves us time in doing so. As many companies are doing right now, we are working on doing more with less, and Groove allows us to do so!

I use Groove daily for client/account management for my extensive client list. Tracking emails, activity, contacts, etc. Groove works seemlessly with Salesforce. Anything that can make entering data, follow up and tracking makes my life much easier. Handeling many clients, Groove definitly makes the task of data entry for Account management....much more managable.

We use Groove to track and monitor emails sent to both customers and prospects. This helps us to identify customer interaction and see who is and is not opening/ reading our emails. We also use the templates feature to share internally for other to use as well as taking advantage of the email scheduling feature for future correspondence with customers/ prospects

Perfectly suited for customer success, sales and marketing! Useful for marketing blasts, sales reach outs and the overall monitoring of who is interested in what they are sending. If a sales person see's that their email is being opened multiple times by someone, that shows interest and is definitely something to follow up on!

We use Groove daily in our department. Our main software is Salesforce, we have a lot of different employees visiting Contact Pages and emailing back and forth. We love Groove because it allows us to easily link emails sent through G-Mail to Salesforce (emailing from the SF pages is time-consuming and disorganized). Another favorite feature of Groove is Groove Flows. Groove Flows has had a huge impact on some of our tasks. We are able to save time and be more productive thanks to Groove.

Every job has a time when they have to blast email prospects, clients, etc. Groove Flows makes blast emailing a breeze. In a few easy steps: creating a perfect template, entering codes so that each email may contain specific Salesforce Contact Page information (names and dates), and being able to link a Salesforce report to add the recipients, Groove Flows makes blast emailing possible. Each email is much more personalized than other methods of blast emailing. Each email is sent one at a time, but with just one click, and each email is appropriately recorded into Salesforce. Groove Flows alone make blast emailing an easier task.

I personally used groove to sequence my leads and automate messaging. There are a ton of other features on it as well. One of my favorite is seeing how many times your prospects are opening your emails.

The best scenario for Groove is to sequence your leads. It also has a lot of features that allow you to automate messaging and receive information directly from your CRM. They have built in templates that you can quickly plug in to any sequence. It would not be appropriate if you already have an efficient way of sequencing leads.

From my experience, we are absolutely frustrated with Groove right now. They are letting us down SO badly. They never engage or answer emails so, despite their promises. they are empty words. Everything is SO slow and doesn't even feel honest, never do they actually contact me or even tell me that will. Don't believe anything they say and then you won't be so disappointed when they fail
From my experience, Groove is unwieldy and slow, they promised so much when I invested at their grandfathering in spiel but what a complete waste of money that was. I would like a full refund as they don't even pay you the affiliate payments - ye, I even made a complete idiot of myself by recommending them to a couple of people but they just lie about paying you, I have asked so many times and they just come up with a lame excuse or simply don't answer! I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole if I were you.

I use Groove to send a high volume of cold emails to a lead list. I use it mainly to sync my Salesforce leads directly into a Groove flow, which helps me move more quickly through my pipeline. A business problem that it addresses is organization of leads- for example, if an email bounces, it is removed from the flow email list. Also, if a client replies, it is also taken off of automation. It makes it much easier to weed out people and not make mistakes. I use it every single day.

Groove is well suited for large books of business and lead lists of anywhere from 30 to 200. Groove helps us send mass emails, track who is opening our emails, and serves as a way to create lists of leads. It gives us a great opportunity in seeing metrics that reflect the performance of different types of emails.

  • Would nice to be able to mass skip Groove steps. If you don't want to send an email to a certain amount of people, you have to manually have them skip a step one by one. Very time consuming and often ends with me not finishing out the Groove flow
Groove is well suited for sending mass emails and tracking email success rates. It is less appropriate with tracking dials or having people skip steps. Logging calls or connects with Salesforce integration can sometimes be finicky, and Skipping a step is a pain as you can't have a group of people skip a step at once, you have to skip them manually one by one.

I used groove daily in my job, I sent flows comprised of texts and email campaigns to all my contacts at different touch points monthly. I use groove scheduler to schedule meetings with contacts and use the analytics to track my activity on a weekly basis.
  • Meeting scheduler - the ability to share your full calendar or else specific time slots for meetings
  • Finds duplicates so you won't put the same email into a flow twice
  • Tracking of all emails sent and letting you know when someone opens your sent email
  • The ability to send bulk texts in one go instead of one by one
Groove is great for high-volume customer contacts, it helps you streamline your messaging and stay on top of your communication with contacts by easily adding flows, editing, or adding steps to an existing flow.

We use Groove for Sales Automation and also strategic account planning and mapping. Groove helps us stay more productive, hold our reps accountable for their efforts and make sure we are reaching out to all of our account in our patch. We also us Spaces to strategize on our key target accounts.

I use it to do flows and love it. Great way to make my do easy and stay more active. It's pretty simple once I gather the list I want to target and I set a date and time I would like Groove to sent my email to. Keeps track of my bad emails which I can than use to follow with client.

Business Development - use to see who does and doesn't engage with content in emails. That way, I can ultimately choose where to spend my time and know who is worth reaching out to or not. The email tracking tool is critical for new business development and also for watching development of existing opportunities.

We use Groove to automate our Business Development process and streamline how we reach out to new prospects and clients we already support. Being able to put clients into a Flow and just click thru to send the emails really helps cut out the time that would normally be spent creating each email individually.

We use to Groove in our organization for email templates and it records emails in our software. I'm not currently aware of any issues regarding Groove that has been brought to my attention.

For Groove we track all out bound activity with calling, emails, meetings, and appointments set. It is a very comprehensive program that has increased our productivity by almost more than 50% as we weren't tracking everything before. It also allows us to see who is working and who is not so we can figure out what is going on with why some people may not be working as hard as others.

I use Groove for several things at our company such as email campaigns, calendar scheduling, task tracking in our CRM (SFDC), and email intelligence. As a Commercial Customer Success rep, I use Groove daily to manage my 150+ accounts to ensure that I am on track with my outreach as well as making sure my outreach is relevant.
Groove addresses the problem of not knowing how well our customers respond to our outreach by offering different ways to review insights. It also fantastically addresses the struggle of staying organized with daily tasks and meetings.
Every time I send an email, I am able to see when my email has been opened and where. When I create custom email campaigns, I can see how many opens, responses, clicks, exits, etc occur and even drill down to see which specific customer opened a message the most. This then becomes another tool for me to prospect an opportunity because I can see what this user is interested in the most. Another well loved ability is the calendar management feature. I can choose when my working hours are, narrow down long I need between meetings, and send a quick link to customers to schedule a meeting with me based on my availability.





  • Email campaign/flow tracking is fantastic. This is by far my favorite feature because I can see how successful my message is received by my customers and by WHICH customers. I can easily see the open rate, responses, and clicks for each email. For example, I can send an email campaign about a new feature release and see which customers opened the email and how many times they opened the email. With that information, I can do further outreach to that specific customers to potentially create a new opportunity for growth.
  • I wish there was more customization options within the email flow feature. I like to customize my email campaigns like newsletters and make them branded. Unfortunately, Groove requires you to enter HTML or CSS code to create customizations. Without that knowledge, I have to piece together a gmail template and paste it into Groove which can cause several formatting issues. This is the ONLY thing I would want Groove to add!!
Groove is well suited for situations where you are tracked on how many activities like tasks or calls you make. It seriously is a click of a button (sometimes not even a click it needed) to track the task under your profile and the customer account in the CRM.

It is a create tool for trying out different email templates to see how well they are received by customers or prospects. Open and click rates are effective quick indicators on what is working and what isn't. I know my messaging is responding well with my customers when I see I have a 40% open rate with multiple customers opening the email more than once. Visibility into when the email is opened is also helpful to manage your outreach cadence to see if an email is actually being seen or if you are being ignored.

We use Groove as our primary sales enablement tool and it's been great. It's helped our sales team become more efficient and organized with their time, which has led to an increase in outreach and results. We've definitely seen an overall uptick in outreach and performance from our team as well as helped our management team better track specific sales campaigns and markets.

Groove is used to maximize the efficiency of all of our employees. Its been a great tool to stay organized and on top of my responsibilities. I use it daily to schedule my email communication with clients, set up meetings as well as monitor the email reach out efficiency.
