- Groove lets us know real-time when a client has checked an email we sent them.
- Groove helps us streamline our day-to-day events, meetings, and tasks with the help of the Calendar Booking feature.

- I wish they would add the ability to nominate a shortcut for certain templates.

- Sometimes a call will not get logged if the data is 100% perfect in Salesforce
- Integration with Salesforce is the best in the industry.
- Automates compliance with CCPA, GDPR, etc.
- Flexibility to use the tool across multiple platforms - Groove can be used in multiple ways!
- Reporting - their focus is on Salesforce reporting, so built-in reporting is not as robust as other platforms
- Bounce rates need to be finessed out of the platform, they are not readily visible.
From a data privacy standpoint, your leads never leave Salesforce. There is no separate database inside of Groove, so one less compliance issue to think of.
If you need tons of analytics directly in the platform, Groove isn't there yet, but they are currently in beta on some stronger analytics, but even with that they won't have the power of some of the more legacy platforms in the space.
Groove Rocks
- Click to dial. Being able to click on a number and have it pop up on the groove dialer is a game changer.
- Email monitoring. Groove notifies me when a sales prospect opens one of my emails.
- Call recording. Groove records my call which helps me take notes after calls.
- Being able to create flows more easily would be more helpful.
- Any way that Groove could turn into an auto dialer would be great.
- Having the call dispositions be closer to the call and end call buttons.

I find that you do need to make sure you have a good process in place for what you want to automate and the various messaging/timing for each flow. However, this is true for any system such as this.
After extensive research and use of the major systems in the market area, it was an easy choice to use Groove.

- Frequent updates move features around
- Email tracking is good but whenever links are added it adds a custom link to track it

- To be honest, I don't have any as of now! I am loving it!!! I like all the features I am using and don't have any problems. I am still yet to try out more features so can't complain.
