- There are a few complex use cases where we've had to reach out to Groove support / solution architects to come up with a proper solution. It would be great to see something like a "How We Solved That Using Groove" knowledge base created to help get the creative solution innovation flowing more for us before we have to formally reach out for support.
- It would also be nice if the Groove dialer had a way to better interact with inbound phone trees and/or more tutorials provided on how to set up Groove according to best practices with the top phone solutions like Zoom Phone.
- Groove Conversations is good, but it still has a ways to go to be an equivalent of other top tools in this space like Gong and Chorus.
- Our reps would like the ability to initiate an outbound phone call from their cell phone and have it be auto-logged without any involvement of their desktop Groove dialer app.
- Groove is excellent for the use case of improving sales representative and customer success representative productivity and data quality when used alongside Salesforce. It is a Salesforce focused tool. You should definitely consider Groove if you are a current Salesloft / Outreach user and you also use Salesforce.

Multi-tasking made easier!
- Automation of sending emails - this makes communicating through customers easier since we can easily contact them not just through a phone call but with email as well
- Great job with Customer service. Issues are addressed as soon as possible and there's always an update regarding its status
- Does a great job with administrating the Salesforce extension
- Somehow, it would be great if the interface for customer support is easier access since Groove somehow comes with convenience
- It would be great if Groove can be linked to another campaign so minimal modification is needed whenever there's update in the tools permission
- It's sometimes challenging to create and track down notes since there are times where it is confusing and hard to navigate
Groove
- Groove Flow is the best automation tool that our company has used - it is intuitive with a friendly UI and strong integration with SalesForce. Groove's support team is amazing and quick, and willing to put in user requests for new features.
- The only complaint I would have is when I have it turned on in my gmail it covers up a portion of my email window where attachement typically show up.

I find that you do need to make sure you have a good process in place for what you want to automate and the various messaging/timing for each flow. However, this is true for any system such as this.
After extensive research and use of the major systems in the market area, it was an easy choice to use Groove.

- Integrates with email to track opens and link clicks
- Allows quick and easy entry of new contacts and puts them directly into Salesforce
- Allows batch email sending, including personalization for each email
- This product loses connection with email occasionally and needs to be logged back in
- Sometimes does not integrate fully seamlessly when adding new leads or contacts in via email extension
- Is sometimes a bit clunky in terms of integration with Gmail specifically; may work better with Outlook, but haven't used it with that product
A must have tool for all client facing roles
I use it to understand how many emails I wrote, how many of those were opened and by whom, whether links were clicked on and documents opened or not. Also I organize my meetings and calls with the feature that allows to show my availability and set calls only at the time I'm free

Groove - A Great Outreach Tool!

- Allows you to quickly and efficiently get large amounts of email out.
- Allows you to create workflows for future outreach.
- It can be tedious to update all fields of campaigns, making it an easier process would be nice. A drag-down option is a potentially or easier way to move from one field to another.
Business Support with Groove.

- Groove has automated manual work that should have been gone years ago.

- Meeting Scheduler - shows our availability and allows our clients/partners to book meetings with us
- Log Activities to SFDC - with just a few clicks you can share the activity to the opportunity in Salesforce
- Groove Analytics - a dashboard that shows your activities for the day, week, month, or quarter. It also shows as a percentage of the emails that are opened and the links that are clicked
- Being able to add a new contact record to Salesforce by simply attaching the activity to the opportunity
- Being able to log meetings that occur based on clients/partners using the meeting scheduler link your software provides
