Email utilization. Sending and opening emails has been more efficient with the help of Groove. Not just that, but with this feature, we dont need to open our work email in order to communicate and contact customers which is more efficient since we can directly use it together with our CRM

The integration and other features that Groove offers is what initiatives the transition from DialPad. Since Salesforce is a huge product we use, Groove integrated seamlessly into Salesforce.

I was not part of the decision to purchase it. To tell you the truth, that's a good thing. I wasn't a fan until I figured out how to use it for my pipepline. Groove did not relay some of its features.

The ability to track engagements that have happened before the contact exists in Salesforce was the biggest factor for staying with Groove for my team. No other product that I've used can do this and it's an important functionality to make sure that we track all engagement efforts even those that are not traditional.

Definitely product features and usability. The student engagement department would be using the feature to track all communication and metrics moving forward. We needed accurate tracking for promotions and student outreach needs.

Previously using another tool. We had a committee evaluating different tools and the fact that Groove offered easily a trial period was essential. One thing is to read what a product does and another thing is seeing the tool in action. A totally different experience.

Groove's Usability is a 10/10. Knowing that our team members would be able to utilize flows on their own terms, in their own way, and not having to worry about needing a technical point of contact involved with every change is a huge benefit.

The cost-benefit of Groove is very good as we have a return on what is invested. Since time in the sales environment means money and wasting that time cannot happen. Groove helps us not to waste that time and to invest it in contacting customers more effectively and fast.

Significantly less manual work to manage a large pipeline of leads and opportunities. My team can focus on getting people on the phone and turning a "No" into a "Yes" while Groove takes care of all the pipeline management and messaging in the background. The integration into Salesforce and Gmail is incredible too and we really leverage the tools like the message and link tracking to have the best timing on when we call customers. It's a great feeling to get the customer on the phone at the perfect time because we were able to see when they were engaging

The single most important factor was that we could get everything we needed with Groove at a fraction of the price. Price wasn't the most motivating factor, but when coupled with a viable product, it was a no-brainer.
