The best part about Guru, in my opinion, is how easily accessible and user-friendly everything is. You can make cards and impart your wisdom and ideas to the people in your neighborhood. For further confidence, I can see which have already been validated. It was also helpful to know who generated each card and when. The "my library" feature is great since it allows me to "favorite" cards that I frequently use. In the event that I forget which card I opened, I can also check the "recently viewed" section. Overall, this was a useful tool that served as an encyclopedia for each community.

As a Customer Support Representative, I must have access to different FAQs to ensure that the information I'm sharing with my customers is up-to-date and accurate. With Guru, I can find our course documents easily. It helps me respond to my customers faster and this contributes to a positive customer service experience.

Guru is best integraded with Gladly as it helps users to easily manage the tool and to finds answers from stocked knowlegde based information. I like that Guru has a way to show the history of the cards as to when it was updated, and show a window of how it was and before and after the upgrade.

Guru is great for producing and disseminating knowledge. You can record and refer back to anything you register with Guru, even if no one else on your team uses it. I use it to keep track of what I accomplished and to provide instructions that frequently need to be repeated in order to assist other employees at the organization, such as gathering spiels that help them respond to the customer's inquiry in a timely basis, as this process is the same every time with only slight modifications. Sharing that process with screenshots via a link in Teams or a quick PDF export that can be attached to an email saves a ton of time. Secondly, the capability to mark items for re-verification on a timetable and even to pass verification to other team members is fantastic!

Guru has been amazing in making sure my team is well-prepared by giving them information that they have been lacking. Keeping things all in one spot has been a game-changer for my team, and there are no questions about where something is located. "It's in Guru!" has been my tagline for the last eight months (since implementation)! Guru has not been great as a content keeper of PowerPoint presentations. I am looking for a solution for this, but in the meantime, we are still using a computer file folder to store all of our presentation materials.

Every day at work I use Guru because we have many procedures and steps to follow. Guru is always here to help us with the articles and procedures that we need to follow to work properly. Also, Guru is awesome for internal articles that just selected teams or managers can have access and that is a plus.

I think Guru is well suited once you reach a point where you find yourself constantly context switching to find information or when you are spending a lot of time just trying to understand changes or processes that happened that you were not involved in. This will happen once you scale past the company size of like 10 employees in my experience.

It is well suited for the workflow with the help of charts and easy to use for steps and it will be fine. The scenarios where it is less appropriate when there is a concern which doesn't have any step to resolve this and it comes with a paragraph which leads to investing more time to go through it.

We use it as a knowledgebase for our internal and external training content, policies and procedures, team member life stories, and everything in between. It's great for documenting things like learning and development processes and expectations. Our new hires loved having Guru as a support. The rest of us wish we'd had it when we started!

Well positioned as a centralised and byte-sized KMS, aiming to easily answer/share quick questions. Great integration capabilities with other corporate platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, Zendesk, Confluence and many more. Less appropriate as the only full scale KMS, where more collaboration will be required for example, such as Confluence.

Guru product support is helpful to ensure the product features and utilization are maximized. The announcement feature helps to create clarity in communication. The knowledge and content management aspect is important for creating engagement and user acceptance. Gurus’s design and specifications help create a streamlined experience with verified and accurate content.

It's perfect when a company grows in number of members and informations needs to be storaged so everyone has access to it and can check it when needed instead of asking directly a collegaue, which is inefficient.
It's also helpful to create a database of standardized procedures so you can make sure everyone has access to them.

You can add a Guru card for literally every process of your job. It is incredibly helpful for training purposes. We also use it for templates for the many contracts we provide. It allows everyone in our department to have access to the most up to date changes on everything we need to know - providing efficiency and consistency for our clients.

Guru hands me cards that can solve the problem that I am currently working on. This can allow me to focus on the customer that I have on the phone. It helps me getting better at troubleshooting but also helps me with my softskills because I can focus on them while Guru does the troubleshooting for me.

This is the most informative tool I have ever used. It provides frequent announcements and quick updates automatically. However, there is one area that needs improvement, which is the need for more accurate search results instead of having to choose from four options. The other expects to work on snapshots when required to make things easy to understand.

We use Guru for searching and looking up resources, so we do not need to have dozens or hundreds of bookmarked tabs; we know exactly where our information is stored, so it's easily found. There are no issues with any scenarios where it's less appropriate; it's a vital daily tool in our role.

Again, where Guru really comes in as a powerful tool is for our Support team. Before we didn't really have a collective information for support tickets and how to tackle them source besides our help center (which is externally facing) and Slack (which holds way more communication then just how to solve something). This creates a central place for our team to go where we can link support tickets to and obtain analytics on what problems we're seeing the most.

I've implemented Guru at multiple companies and found that it works best for smaller teams that are very familiar with SaaS products. The Slack integration has been key every time I've implemented, as sales and CS were getting a ton of knowledge from Slack conversations and Guru is able to replace and supplement those conversations with trackable, verified knowledge. I would not recommend Guru for traditional organizations. It is more for fast, nimble orgs that want to share quickly changing knowledge rapidly.

GURU is mostly used for in depth knowledge. Like in game issues and solution. This tool is updated with internal information and easy to find and assist to customers in chats mainly.
For most troubleshooting we use GURU as it provides us the basic information updates by clients or employees.
Easy to find and search for solutions
