  • Notion
Notion and Guru are kind of fundamentally different. You could probably hack Notion to serve as a similar knowledge base, but Guru's UX is designed to make searching and accessing this information at your fingertips easy. My company also uses Notion, but to house our internal HR policies, finance policies, etc, whereas Guru is better suited to Sales and Support info.

Comparing Confluence to Guru, Guru is much simpler and it focuses on knowledge sharing, which helped a lot since we work remotely. I also enjoy Guru's user-friendly interface and card-based system that makes it easy for team members to navigate and contribute. Overall, I am impressed with its usability, features, integrations, and support.

Guru easily adapted to our business's needs. We required a consolidated and well-organized hub for corporate and product knowledge, and we were able to roll it out to the entire firm in a matter of weeks. firm-wide Adoption: By providing a simple way to access cross-team information and specific/esoteric knowledge, we have minimized white noise and talk in Slack and everyone in the firm utilizes GURU, from the CEO down to the sales staff and support reps. Chrome Extension: This program is turned up to eleven by the Chrome Extension. It's really helpful to have rapid information at your fingertips that you may use for phone calls on the run. Usefulness: The navigation, UI/UX, card editor, and organization are all very well planned out and put together.

In Guru, you can save more data. Guru is safe and you can have lots of information in there without the doubt or fear of scammers or any network danger. Using Guru we can work more safely and feel free while doing anything on the website. I truly recommed Guru.

Easy to navigate and search the concern with the help inbuilt AI features of Guru which help to get the details easily in real-time with minimal keywords. It saved time while navigating the suggested Guru Card for the concern and it helped to improve the customer satisfaction level by resolving the concern in less time.

We looked into quite a few softwares before choosing Guru, but I can't recall all of the names. They became ancient history as soon as we met the Guru team and jumped into trying it out. We are a tech savvy team, so we loved that we had a lot of control in how we set up the structure. We did not have a knowledgebase before Guru, so we were starting from scratch. Guru helped us understand what we needed and we're using it way more than we thought we would in the beginning.

We have evaluated briefly only a handful products. Guru's advantage over others is 1. The possibility to act as a standalone KMS if needed (without integrating with other software), 2. The actual integrations when implemented and the seamless synchronization between portals, 3. Ease of use and constant improvements which are delivered by the Guru product team.

Guru is a knowledge management tool that offers several unique features and benefits that set it apart from other tools, such as ease of use, AI suggestions, verification and accuracy, analytics, and insights. I selected Guru as an example because it offers a combination of a user-friendly interface, AI-powered suggestions, a verification process, integration capabilities, and analytics. These features make it a comprehensive knowledge management tool that can enhance collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing within teams and organizations.

Guru is the most cost-effective solution for our business. Other tools have a lot of bells and whistles but you pay dearly for them and the sales team may not even know how to use them. Start with Guru and go from there. It's better to have a good base than to overwhelm with too many functions and features from day 1.

First of all, when it comes to pricing, GURU was way more convenient and affordable at the same time. Also, with administrative organizational features, GURU has more to offer and more convenience as well. All in all, we, as a Team of managers in Fabfitfun, decided to go with GURU. We surely recommend this to our colleagues.

The fact that Guru takes the approach of being a card management system as apposed to an article mangemnt system makes all the magic for me. When you need to write an "Article" it will somehow become long and tedious task When you need to write a "Card" that it is defined as bite sized knowlgde it is just great! People write shorted bits on informaiton more people read it, more people search it.

Guru is much better in so many ways! Their guru cards are easy and fun to navigate! Guru is also a lifesaver when needing a knowledge-based answer on a real-time basis. Unlike other similar apps, Guru is efficient in so many ways, as it helped me grow as an individual and helped me cater to complicated issues.

Google Drive and Guru are very similar because you can have a lot of information in one same place and we currently use both but for different things. We use Guru for informative purposes only and Google Drive for more interactive experiences such as creating and editing a document collaboratively with other coworkers or having an interactive table in Google Sheets. The main difference between these tools, I would say, is the number of features each one offers. Google Drive is huge and can be used for many things. I think Guru is more limited.

Guru is a much better tool than what we were using before mainly because it allows for card health and verification intervals. IE, you can set a card to expire and need a review every 3 months, 6 months, a year, or on a particular date. This means we no longer need to "stumble" into old information or find we've been training our team to an inaccurate process for extended periods of time.

Like Guru, these programs or platforms are designed to solve problems for customers, I lean more towards Guru because I love the ease and rapport with which it gives me answers. Guru is always the best option at the moment of solving issues in a wat and helpful way. Is 100% recommended.
