Return on Investment
- We found a connection between performance appraisals and employee engagement, this allowed our organization to focus in on areas we needed more resources for employees (i.e. providing employees with their job description so they know what is expected of them before their first day on of employment).
- Performance Manager was an outlet we used to increase communication between employees and their supervisors and communication is key to a successful organization.
- By using the data over the years we will be able to see how Performance Manager has decreased our employee turnover.
