Value for Money High End Community
- Increased Customer Engagement.
- Fulfilled business requirements.
- Increased the users base and replies or solutions count in the community.
- We have been able to expand our "community based" and "practice based" online communities to 15 with plans to expand more soon
- These communities offer an opportunity for members to engage in discussion, hear from experts, and build valuable connections with peers. It's not revenue generating but it something we couldn't do before implementing this tool.
- We have seen a substantial increase in our DEI efforts by creating groups and events specific to divers communities.

Nice Platform : As Long as You Know What to Expect
- Higher Logic's email marketing platform allows us to consistently stay in touch with our audience and send them high-quality, targeted emails.
- It allows us to see which types of emails and email stories (within our weekly e-newsletter) perform the best. We can use this information to curate better, more engaging content for our readers.
- It's easy to use and intuitive, so it doesn't take up too much time to put together e-blasts and email campaigns, which allows us to save time while still performing our e-marketing efforts.

Higher Logic gives a lot of bang for your buck!
- Understanding preferences-- Higher Logic helps us tap in to how our members want to hear from us.
- Data collection-- Since we started using Higher Logic the amount of data we get from our members has increased greatly.
- Consolidation of tools-- Higher Logic replaced 2 or 3 additional SAAS options being utilized by us. This helped save money!

- Through their activity synch they help us meet our strategic agenda for member retention.
- Our community usage is up since the integration of our community and websites on the same platform. A lot less crashing, which means a lot more happy members. Happy members renew their membership.

- While we haven't done a formal survey, anecdotally members tell us our Higher Logic site is one of the top benefits of NJCPA membership.
- As staff, we have been able to monitor the conversations to learn about hot issues affecting our members that we might need to address by providing articles and events.
- Higher Logic has helped us with overall membership engagement.
- Higher Logic has also helped us to streamline some of our member communications by helping us categorize our various audiences.
- Some of our "old timers" that have been members for years had a very hard time adjusting to this online community environment, so it's taken some time to training older members to not just email everyone with old, outdated email lists but to look to the community to have all the up to date member contacts and information.
