I have not had the need to contact support for many issues, mainly just general overall questions. The self service support was enough for me in most cases. Whenever I have had a question I needed help with, the support provided the solution within 10 minutes and the issue was completely resolved.

The Enterprise level of Hootsuite has allowed us to connect with account managers. They have consistently been knowledgeable and helpful whenever we have questions or run into problems. The virtual support channels have also allowed us quick responses when immediate problems come up, but I prefer having the direct connection with someone who understands our business needs too.

I have reached out to Hootsuite before to ask very specific questions, and every single time I always get a response. The customer service and attention that Hootsuite places on its customers is outstanding. They even give notices of when Hootsuite may be "down" for fixing issues.

I know it is widely used and is a great tool so has a lot of support. As I previously stated I think it needs to be pushed out to nonprofit organizations for free in order to help them manage and grow their social media platforms as many do not have the budget for a marketing person never mind a subscription on top of that.

It is a time saver and does what I need it to do. I couldn't do my job without this. Just this morning I scheduled two weeks' worth of posts in about 30 minutes. If I didn't have to do this and I had to post daily I would waste a lot more time. I recommend this to anyone who posts a lot.

I have had no reason to call for support. Which is amazing when you think of how long I have been using the product. At times, Hootsuite will push a message about issues (such as connectivity to a particular social media platform being impacted) and that makes it easy to understand and deal with inevitable issues.

Sometimes it is very difficult to get a hold of Hootsuite support. I have had a few good experiences, but at other times I sat in the chat bot for several hours with no technical assistance. When I sent an email, it took multiple days to response. Luckily I don't have to use support often.

Hootsuite's support team has been awesome. Each time I had something that was a concern and reached out to them they responded in a timely manner and provided the answer I was looking for. Whether it was issues with billing or the accounts, we had connected to the platform the support they provided was quick and to the point.

It would be nice to have more access for quick nearly unsearchable questions. However the online question/answer chats have answered some questions. I have been new to social media as advertising, new to resizing, new to posting content and could have used a quick chat on several occasions that could have saved me time and sent me on my way.
