When I took over the role of marketing, I was coming from the talent side of media, not the planning and strategic side of the business. There was not a tool in place to get me up and running in this department, and Hootsuite was invaluable to helping me get organized, consistent, and focused with out the slightest hick up. Customer service for questions was outstanding.

I didn't even use a vendor because I didn't need convincing that Hootsuite was a right choice for me. I just knew from a previous job how much I enjoyed the software and wanted to integrate it at my new job. Hootsuite provided the data and proof to convince our organization to purchase Hootsuite.

The user interface is so intuitive that our interns picked up on within a day without consulting anyone from HourSuite ! speaks for itself :))) Campaign tracking and ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) is a different beast, though

Hootsuite was incredibly easy to work with while we were considering evaluating the software. While we were initially pitched in a live chat while perusing the site, the live demo was thorough and answered the majority of questions that were brought up during the process. Everyone should at least sit down and take a demo to experience expert customer service themselves.

Their customer service offerings (for me, as a client) weren't great, and I may have stayed with them longer had they been more communicative about changes to the service, and the outages and glitches they periodically suffered—but mileage may vary with this, as many companies of this kind tend to provide better service to higher-tier clients.

I haven't had any issues with them and have been using it for years. They keep improving the product and it makes my life easier each time they do updates. I love that it saves me time and I can plan a week or even a month in advance. Everyone should try this to see if it works for them.

It was no problem at all, I would recommend getting in contact with them to hear their expertise in how they could compliment your business, even if you don't follow through. They are social media experts so great to hear there ideas on the best use of the software to help you learn things you didn't even know were possible that the software can do.

They were responsive, followed up appropriately and provided everything we asked of them in terms of demos of the system and information for evaluating the product. When it came to customizing a package that would meet our needs, they were able to work out a solution that was acceptable technically and financially.

The process was very collaborative. If we had any problems the team was on it making sure all our concerns were address and solved. HootSuite never left us "hanging".
