Hootsuite is better because we do not have so many failed posts. We can set up or schedule a post without having to worry whether or not our post will go through. Sometimes we could be on Holiday and we would get a notification from the previous company about the post failing. It is an inconvenience and its counter-productive.

I had a horrible experience working in Social Studio (Radian6) back in 2020. This was the primary reason why I started posting native across multiple platforms. Once Facebook introduced the Creators Studio and Twitter offered the ability to upload media and schedule posts I was able to finally start getting ahead in my content calendar, however it was still a massive time-suck because everything had to be done a la carte. An agency introduced me to Sprout, however, they were very expensive. Eventually we identified Hootsuite and the experience has been positive overall.

Social Pilot has a few more features at the first paid plan that make it appealing to businesses with a smaller budget. Social Pilot does not have a free starter plan that allowed me to fully test out all the features I needed in order to make a decision and I felt the Dashboard was a little easier to navigate.

I have also used Agorapulse, Sprinklr, and Spredfast. I chose Hootsuite based on price point, features, and the size of the current managed brands.

I used to use TweetDeck way back. Since finding Hootsuite I have not used any other products as I have found one that I like and that makes it easy and straightforward to schedule everything in one place which I could not do on TweetDeck, so they didn't really stack up that well.

N.A. Went with Hootsuite from the onset. Liked its user interface and user experience. The basic plan solves my pain points now, and we'll look into the paid plan as our resources and needs grow.

I prefer how Hootsuite lets you schedule video content on Linkedin's company page - or buffer it would show the file name of the video which may not look professional if you've forgotten to call it something appropriate. I didn't find it as user friendly as Hootsuite or as clear to show which platform you are scheduling for.

I had used Tweetdeck in the past , but that just scheduled Twitter and I felt it was rather clumsy to use. The screen could become rather crowded with the different columns. Plus there was a temptation to read a hashtag channel like the UK News which would distract me from what I was doing. The publisher screen on Hoot Suite just focuses on the content you are creating with no distraction.

I was not using a platform before learning about Hootsuite--I am a total newbie to social media marketing, and only used personal accounts. But our small non-profit needed to get the word out about the important work we do, and until we get to a point where we can get a skilled volunteer/pt paid staff to do this, I am handling this, and trying to grow in my skills.

I'll be honest - my predecessor had Hootsuite and I was stuck with it. But I'm glad I've had it, and compared to the other platforms I've used in the past it's miles better.

Granted, I haven't used the top competitors and only know things like Canva and Facebook Business Manager. So take that for what it's worth.

The cost is more within our budget and ease of use is similar in both products so we chose Hootsuite over Sprout as affordable for our basic news, but we hope to grow with Hootsuite and be a larger partner as we expand.

A colleague recommended that I look at Hootsuite as an invaluable extension of our social media engagement strategy. When I began this role and sparked a renewed focus on marketing and communication, I encouraged the use of Hootsuite. My colleagues have enjoyed using the platform, and we are very satisfied with the way Hootsuite enables our work to go forward.

I have one contact with Leadfeeder, who I have a relationship with and can reach out to and have a one-on-one call with any questions or training. I wish I had this with Hootsuite. Trust me; you are light years ahead of Pardot.
