We have a large marketing team and multiple people create and schedule content. Multiple people from our team use this platform with little to no training. It's generally our social team but we have project managers and strategy people using it as well.

All users of Hootsuite were in the Marketing department focusing on different audiences: B2C and 3 separate B2B audiences. This made it even more difficult to use the tool because of the major split in audience type and the number of users dealing with the platform.

I am a one-woman shop with contractors and I use Hootsuite Pro for a select few clients where I am managing their accounts entirely on their behalf. Occasionally I have contractors step in to do this work - it's such a simple tool, again, you can really drop a person who has never used a tool like this before and they will be able to go with little intervention.

Well, it was just my class, so we were all students using the product. Some of us were more in the creative side as art directors or copywriters (me), while others were more on the management/client side and handled the other tasks. As a whole, we collaborated though in accomplishing all the necessary roles of creating content, managing content, and finding insights from the data.

Hootsuite is used by a combination of team members who work on our digital media team (buying and planning), as well as those team members that work on the content curation/editorial side of the social media equation. The content curation/engagement side uses Hootsuite more actively as it allows the team to be on the same page in terms of scheduling content and responding to specific social inquiries.

Hootsuite Enterprise was only being used by our chapter, not the whole organization. Social media managers, project managers, and program coordinators used Hootsuite to increase the awareness of our programs, and projects and our organization.

I am managing the social networks of my company. Hootsuite has made this task much easier since I do not have to log into each social network and be aware of the publications. In Hootsuite I do everything from the same place and I focus on the programming of the post and measure the metrics and achieve a greater impact on the users.

As of now, only one individual within the organization uses Hootsuite. They are in charge of all digital assets including but not limited to social media management, retargeting/remarketing efforts and website maintenance. The business functions they represent is digital growth, an increase in website traffic, reduction of bounce rates and an increase in online conversion/lead generation.

There are 2, sometimes 3 people related to my organization that use HootSuite Pro:

1. Me - Social Media Manager - I use it to schedule posts and send review notices to clients. Occasional report pulling.
2. Client - Head of Commercial Marketing Division - One of my clients actually goes in and posts himself once we provide the content. He's never really had any complaints. I have a different client that logins in to review the posts I create and approve, or suggest changes.
3. Account Manager - Since I am a team of 1, the Account Manager of the client I post social media for will sometimes step in and post or send review requests in my absence, but this is only a sometimes usage.

Hootsuite Pro is used by the sales, customer service, and marketing members of my team. As such, Hootsuite Pro functions as a communications and collaboration tool for us also. My team is able to address customer concerns, plan a content strategy, and build relationship through social conversation and education- all within Hootsuite Pro

We are an agency and the 5 of us work on digital marketing for our clients. We use Hootsuite to post on multiple platforms. It's easy for us to manage the accounts that way. We manage plenty clients with 3-4 social media accounts and it would be hard to keep up if we didn't have Hootsuite.

We had two writers/creatives on staff that would create the posts, and one manager who would review and submit the posts and do research on trends and topics of interest. They would then send that information back to the writers/creatives. Hootsuite was used by all these people to create the content and do the research.
