It works perfectly! Our employees love the fact that they can complete an assigned course at their convenience (time and location). I feel we haven't used Schoox to its fullest potential yet, but I am 100% confident that it will be a complete game-changer for our organization. The micro-learning sessions are 100% customizable to whatever content we want.

The mobile app is great for team members who simply need to use the app for training. Although it would be great if they had access to the discussion boards through the app! As far as administrative use or manager use the app is extremely limited. If I need to help a manager and all I have is my mobile device I have to log in through safari. Also when a team member is new the Hotschedules app would be nice if it had the option to navigate into Schoox from there the same way the desktop version does instead of having to log in through a browser.

It is great because it provides instant information to our staff. Some of our folks do not own smartphones however and are not frequently checking in online so that can be an issue. I would say that 75% of our staff love it. We love it for the accountability measurement.

Our company doesn't use the schoox mobile to often. We have a pretty strenuous training program so 98% of staff would rather use their laptops or desktops to get their online on boarding and training completed. It would be cool if Schoox had some type of Quizlet integration. It would make the app feel more user friendly.

App works well- some issues with losing connection - but not sure if it is the app or our WIFI. We use it starting day 1. Going well so far. We do have issues with getting a new manager in the system on day one and being able to use it. I've had to call the help desk at Schoox for every orientation to assist with getting the new manager in the system.

As I've mentioned earlier the app doesn't allow for much functionality as an administrator. As someone working in a restaurant it is difficult for me to leave the floor to go fill out info on the computer. It would be nice if you could do everything on the app.

This app is very helpful. It allows the trainers to grade and comment on the trainees On-The-Job-Training without having to sit down at a computer. It is also very convenient and preferred by many for taking courses. It is very natural to for most of our new hires as well as our trainers to use their phones. The best part is all the content is available right there on their phones for whenever they need to refer to it.

The Schoox mobile app is a great feature to have, but one that often is riddled with issues. Freezing is a big issue and videos and large documents often take an exceptionally long time to load. However, when it does work, our employees like the option of using their own phones.

We use the mobile app all the time for employees to take quizzes and lectures. The app could have more features as it is very basic and sometimes gets hung up until the team member goes online to take the correct course.

It has allowed us to use Schoox as a coaching mentor during peak times. It's easy for them to login via their phone, re-look at recipes, and get all their questions answered quickly without pulling the manager off the floor to coach the employee.

We are currently using the mobile app only for training. We will soon launch onboarding within the app, but it is only used for new hire teammate training at this time. There are a few quizzes that are not as functional on mobile as it is on a desktop. Also, the OTJ training is almost impossible through the mobile app.

Mobile app works great with decent connections depending on the content being played and its delivery (PDFs or DOCs vs. streaming content or SCORM packages). I've never had a problem with decent wi-fi or 4G. It's easy for the employees to access since they're using the same login info as HotSchedules, so there aren't multiple usernames and passwords. All of their training info is in one place and always up-to-date, so you never have to worry about versioning.
