Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

I'd like to see better test programming areas and the answers to the questions are difficult because of the variables every answer has like capital letters, hyphens, misspelling, etc. The time it takes to navigate the programming is confusing and tough to figure out. Not impossible but annoying to some level.

It is overall very user friendly. Easy to use for even people who are not the most technologically adept. I have been able to navigate the website easily and haven't had many issues with figuring out most things on my own. There are a few functionality errors though, and when I have called to ask for help customer service hasn't always been the most knowledgeable. About half the time they say they have to ask someone else and they will get back to me

I would give an eight out of ten on usability, because multiple people have experienced confusion when trying to find specific areas on the website. It is missing a smooth flow or hierarchy of functions available. While ultimately the correct function is found, we have to make notes of how to find it for next time. If this was improved, I would change my rating to a ten.

It's easy to use but there are lots of different sections and points to remember when creating courses.

I feel like Schoox is so easy to use. I have trained multiple people to be admin, content, or training managers and they cannot believe how easy it is either. Plus the preloaded courses to train team members and corporate level managers makes onboarding so easy.

Once you learn how to use the Schoox system and really dive into it, the system is pretty easy to navigate. I will say when I started using this I believe it was fairly new and there was little to no training available. I had to learn to use the system by trail and error. The Schoox courses created to explain what Schoox is has a lot of information that looking back on are unnecessary for a beginner user. It was very confusing to keep all the information straight. I find that the more simple the knowledge to begin with the better. If the training for Schoox was more broken up by the different functions the better. When I am teaching a new manager how to use the system I begin by reviewing every tab across the top one they have logged in. This seems to work very well and it is something not included in the tutorial videos as I recall.

HotSchedules takes some time to get used to, but once you understand everything it's capable of you can truly feel how powerful of a program it actually is! At this point, I don't know what we would do without it! I couldn't imagine trying to create a schedule on Excel for over 200 employees on a weekly basis... Hot Schedules saves [me] from having a lot of headaches!

When using Schoox on the computer it is very useable. But I find that the app needs some work. The app really only allows you to complete tasks that have been assigned to you. As an administrator that makes the app nearly useless. When trying to get staff to do something as simple as putting up a profile picture it was like pulling teeth since that couldn't even be done on the app.

The training necessary for the managers and trainers is minimal. The system is very intuitive and HotSchedules customer support is the best support team I have ever dealt with. They are quick to respond and keep you informed through the whole process. As for new hires, you just put them in front of a tablet or computer and they just go. Our trainees have better retention and they much prefer to go through the training on-line then having to read pages of documents.

I rate it at a 7 because I think first and foremost the value outweighs any of the improvements I'd like to see. Consistency in message is king.

I feel as though the verbiage used is often confusing, the interface could be more intuitive and the academy should be able to be more customizable for the brand.
