HubSpot CMS Hub is used in the marketing department of our company and is the favorite software for content writers. It has empowered them thoroughly as they can distribute content to the target audience. It has all the tools to make a website successful. Its SEO feature helps in selecting the keywords most searched and makes content even more effective.
  • Search engine optimization is a major strength of this software as it helps content writers in creating effective content.
  • It is fully equipped with marketing tools.
  • We give much importance to reporting features and HubSpot CMS Hub reports are very useful.
  • We had high hopes with its email integration but it doesn’t work as we expected it to be.
  • Its mobile templates need more modifications and advancement.
It is a super-effective tool for our marketing and content writing team. It is recommended to all the entrepreneurs out there to enhance their website traffic. The content can be easily managed via HubSpot CMS Hub and the marketing tools can be proved helpful in the dissemination of the content along with its SEO feature. However, it is less appropriate in the scenario for creating content for mobile as it has limited templates.

  • With Content repository, all of our content which is either published and ready to be published--can be managed, edited, and saved.
  • There should be more customizations for the designs.
My content writing team was not happy about [Pipedrive], and the price of this tool was so unfair that we were not even able to afford this tool. On the other hand, at a very reasonable price, HubSpot CMS Hub is giving us everything we wanted to raise our website and to make valuable content. I would recommend this tool to everyone.

This software tool was used by a small subset or team of content managers and creators at my current organization to plan, organize and execute content dissemination via website, various social media channels and other avenues for mass consumption by our respective target audiences.
  • Training and provision of documents to enhance and grow success with their platform.
  • Content scheduling!
  • Content management and the easy way you can manipulate pre-built schedules and shift content around, etc.
  • Some insularity in functionality of platform as a whole.
This platform or software is probably best suited if you are part of a small, focused team of content managers and creators, as this allows for ease-of-use content and easy workflow between said team (and sometimes respectively) and because this is what our team did and saw success with!

  • I think you will see increased efficiency with your content creating/managing team (or across actors/teams) that perform these functions.

The CMS aspect of HubSpot is used by the marketing department for publishing web pages, publishing to social media, and sending emails. In conjunction with the HubSpot CRM software, it was a good solution for the company at a particular time. It's easy to use. What isn't intuitive has a good help center and training resources.
  • Scheduling webpage and social media post publication.
  • Reasonably good analytics options. Very strong Dashboards.
  • Unlike some other systems, you can fully optimize for SEO with alt text, schema, and metadata. You do need to have [a] good working knowledge of SEO principles to do so, but you can access all the fields you'll need.
  • Although you can integrate it with Google Analytics, there is still a significant difference between what each tells you about [a] number of visitors to a given page, etc.
  • There's a lot to the program and it's not always intuitive where to go for a feature. Though the help center and academy are good and usually have the answers, having to look things up isn't.
  • It's expensive.
A true beginner can easily set up a landing page to drive social media or other traffic to.

As a full website manager, it's great if you're looking for a simple, out-of-the-box solution and don't mind paying for the convenience. HubSpot Academy is free and offers a number of certifications (though some are only available for Enterprise-level customers).

  • Easy to attribute conversions to [the] source (SEO, referral, etc.) leading to better knowledge and focusing of resources.
  • Good Dashboards and reporting make for easy-to-put-together presentations to upper management.
HubSpot has better SEO features than Squarespace. Alt text for instance. HubSpot has a fully built-in suite of basic tools that need a [variety] of plug-ins for WordPress. However, WordPress is ultimately more versatile. We've decided to keep our CRM with HubSpot, but will be migrating our site to WordPress, using Yoast for SEO, and other specialized options.
