We use HubSpot CMS as webinar and AD landing pages. The idea is to generate leads directly and let HubSpot collect data points directly versus the usual approach where marketers add HubSpot script to the main website. The pages are easy to make it you're able to get the right theme but they're not too customisable. I recommend these pages as a stop gap till you get your website up to speed.

I use HubSpot to manage around 5000 contacts for my territory. Contact information, tracking communication (emails, calls, meetings, unique notes for the contact or company) and associated deals. This is extremely helpful for refreshing one’s memory when reaching out again for future follow up and/or for other employees to view and pick up where the last staff left off. The automation feature for repetitive email templates and sequences of tasks is extremely helpful and efficient in doing my job. Work flows can also serve to be efficient and helpful in updating information or assigning a task. Pulling specified lists of contacts for reaching out or mailings is an ease. This software is very user friendly and easy to learn.

I am the account executive here using HubSpot every day. It runs our pipeline and is where we implement all of our notes/data. Extremely helpful tool that consolidates information and helps us run our sales team. Sales can get really messy with information in many different places, but HubSpot is essential in our consolidation and metrics we keep for employees.

Specially e-com stores - for when we want to make sure we're following conversions and to keep track of our these website visitors. I used HubSpot CMS Hub in my previous two jobs, and it was a great tool for what it did. However, the price was really quite steep, and the limitations often made it frustrating given the price point. The only reason I even stuck with it is that the sales folks were always willing to cut a deal based on our needs and limitations give the small to medium-sized companies I was working with. The customer support is quite good, and they are quick to respond when you do have questions. You just have to be willing to play within the limitations of the software.

The CMS aspect of HubSpot is used by the marketing department for publishing web pages, publishing to social media, and sending emails. In conjunction with the HubSpot CRM software, it was a good solution for the company at a particular time. It's easy to use. What isn't intuitive has a good help center and training resources.

Our customer success and sales organizations are using HubSpot CMS Hub as the record of truth for all of our customers and leads. We logged all communication (email and phone) in the system. As we got more comfortable with the software, we even emailed directly from the system. We also linked our information over to Mailchimp for all of our email campaigns.

I decided to implement Hubspot CMS Hub for my staffing company because it offered everything we needed to help grow our customer base and maintain our customer base.
