i would suggest to create a HubSpot mobile app that is easier to use because it is a little bit complicated if you have to pass from computer app and mobile app that does not allow all the things that I do with computer, it is a pity and a problem

I think the usability is great. I am able to train a new agent with zero experience in our process with HubSpot in a day or less. They can be proficient in using HubSpot quickly, the way I've designed it to work, in less than a week. I am able to load new leads, set calling campaigns, and start prospecting quickly. I've even had to call customer service for help, and they were super helpful.

It is much better because it has features that make it easier to prospect quickly and efficiently. Other CRMs that do not have these features can be very slow in comparison, and you have to stop and start all the time, whereas, with HubSpot, you can just keep going and going.

HubSpot CRM is often praised for its user-friendly interface and intuitive design, however to me it seems quite old to be frank and it's not the fresh eye-catching layout. It's not even that easy to set up and not immediate for any Onboarding. Additionally, some automation tools require quite high extensive technical knowledge.

HubSpot is the only CRM software I've used, as I am very early into my career, but it has done a great job of what I need from it. It is easily used and even easily integrated, and while at times it could be confusing, its features are easy to master.

I have only ever used one other CRM, which was RentCafe mixed with Yardi, for a leasing office. It was not super functional. This has many more options to make notes, log calls and emails, etc. There was a lot of jumping back and forth between the two systems and wasn't super helpful. I love that HubSpot is dedicated on one site.

It's fairly intuitive and allows you to create so many custom dashboards without having to be a pro. It's been extremely helpful to our team in making it easy to send promo emails en masse. Other CRMs I've used in the past were more clunky and required a lot of learning to understand it.

The ability to track and locate any possible data or piece of information, HubSpot is able to help us by doing so through hints anywhere we are working on (contact records, reporting, task management, etc). It's the ability to never let us being lost of where we are and the information is there to be represented in the most accurate way.
