We use HubSpot CRM and integrate it with our email. We can track email opens in real-time, responses, and auto-add new contacts to the CRM. We’re also able to revisit each of the contacts and see a timeline of all communication with that specific contact. We use HubSpot CRM across the entire organization.
  • Track emails.
  • Manage contacts.
Cons
  • Integrating one account with multiple emails.
  • Personal traits notes section in CRM.
Hubspot is well suited to be used with Gmail and G Suite from our experience. This could be less appropriate with Yahoo, or Protonmail. Using this to track emails, to see if a receipient has opened an email is very useful. It’s completely seamless when integrating with Chrome browser.

We use HubSpot to track our deals, activities and updates on current and new prospects. The problem it solves is having everything in one place and it being very intuitive. I love how easy it is to navigate. When using it every day, I typically start with tasks and click through all of them as they get put in order. I love this feature!
  • Easy to use
  • Easy to complete task
  • track deals
  • make calls
Cons
  • pipeline could use improvement on where deal is and what stage. Specifically what are they going through in that stage. Its very broad now.
For my everyday tasks, I need HubSpot. It is so easy to use to complete tasks. For sending emails, I just use my outlook app. I usually do not go through HubSpot.

We use it to keep track of deals pertaining to preconstruction units in residential buildings, and to monitor ongoing communication with clients and leads.
  • Categorize Deals in Deals Pipelines
  • Track Emails and Email Opens
  • Sort Documents
Cons
  • Be able to easily pull date from contracts
  • It could be more user-friendly - it is a learning curve to understand the CRM
  • Greater real estate specific templates for Deals Pipelines
It is good for preconstruction sales and for engaging with existing customers, but needs work when it comes to lead management.

I use HubSpot CRM to track deals - I move them into different funnels as they progress through the sales journey from a qualified lead all the way to closed deal. I also use to to log support query tickets.
  • Lets the sales team know what stage the clients are at
  • Great for communicating in between internal departments
  • Great for reminding sales to follow up on certain dates
Cons
  • I like colours - I want to know certain things about a client just by seeing a different colour.
  • To elaborate on the color - if a client is cash or finance I'd like to know by seeing what colour the deal is.
The calendar settings could be better. I would suggest using the Calendy model

Great choice for track history

Cons
  • Pipeline: could be more manageable.
Well suited: Marketing.
Less appropriate: Pipeline management.
