Before we use this HubSpot I had to go from app to app to make some notes and get the customers info. So, I had to use more than 10 applications and it was so hard for us. But right now HubSpot includes all the thing such as customers' full info like email address, phone number, ID number and also we can make a phone call from that app. I don't know how it works but it's so amazing

So, I work in travel agency. Before using this app we had to go from app to app to gain some information of our customers and it was too time consuming. For example at that time O barely could work only 3 customers per day but once we got this app right now I'm working more than 10 customers per day. This app is perfect

My company develops custom mobile & web apps. Our leads come in via HubSpot CRM and we use it to track clients. I use sequences to stay in touch with clients. I wish HubSpot CRM had a texting integration with Google voice. We have two pipelines: the subscriber pipeline and the customer pipeline. The subscriber is from the initial call until a customer subscribes to our platform. The customer pipeline is from subscription until the customer moves into development of the app.

Cons
  • Would like a Google voice integration
  • The task should automatically go to tasks overdue rather than all tasks to avoid accidentally doing the wrong tasks
  • Editing templates in the sequences is a bit cumbersome
I think HubSpot CRM is a fantastic tool for staying organized. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is needing a CRM. For my particular career, I believe it is a perfect fit.

Literally only drawback is the mobile app

We use Hubspot for lead tracking, customer follow up and engagement, as well as sales tracking (closing %'s). We also use HS to help determine effectiveness of certain marketing and advertising campaigns we launch.

Cons
  • Texting Capabilities, this is not even available, we have to go through a 3rd party
  • In my opinion, the mobile app is not beneficial for our company at all, we have to use the desktop view with our cell phones instead
  • I would like to see more engagement from our Hubspot reps. More interaction would be helpful.
Definitely a great CRM overall. I have used several over the last 20 years and HS is one of the best. It is great for tracking, follow up, help closing deals. The likelihood to close % calculation is really helpful as well. The more you can get your team to use the system the better it gets.

The mobile app is terrible. There is no Hubspot texting and tracking feature unless you pay a 3rd party vendor to integrate with the system. Its not hard to do, but why doesn't a great CRM company like HS have this feature. It is literally what HS is designed to do, retain and follow up with customers.

Would like to have more training for the sales staff we have and more meetings (zoom) with our reps from HS.

This is my first time to use a CRM application, but I must say that HubSpot has completely blown me away with its incredible features and user-friendly interface. In spite of some limited features that I think will only be possible if developed by IT professionals, HubSpot is exceptional overall. I highly recommend giving this one a try. It will undoubtedly take your customer relationship management to new heights!

By inputting information into the database to make sure we can keep track of what’s going on and what’s needed to be followed up on. Includes calls , emails , texts , and information display. Daily follow ups allow the team to keep up on tasks and account status. [Provides important information] and improvement.

Good to keep track of information and follow up with customers. Kind of hard to use the phone app. Would utilize the phone app more as this has lots of potential to help customers who are on the go. But the online desktop is good as well. Better app needed for sure.
