Hubspot is great to email, call, and leave notes on customer accounts. There a lot of automations I can set up to help me organize my tasks and keep my customers happy.

Something that would be very helpful is adding a texting feature. Many of our customers prefer texting.

HubSpot CRM is well suited for any organization with lead generation and if fine tuned could be useful for customer data base follow up as well. This CRM is not well suited for any type of billing or financial record keeping.

HubSpot CRM is pretty much relevant for 75% of my job. I send out my emails via HubSpot CRM and Gmail. I schedule calls and follow-ups within HubSpot CRM and I'll use Google Meets for the actual call. HubSpot CRM allows me to track not only leads and sign-ups, but it also adds up the total value.

Hubspot is good for following the bread crumbs of the deal. When I need to refresh myself before a meeting I will find the user and review all of our email correspondence to get a better idea of how I can best serve them on a call.

HubSpot is good for scenarios where you have multiple clients/companies that your business works with and centralizing that clients/companies info all in one place. It's especially good when you don't always have the same staff working with a company each time or if a staff member has to fill in for another staff member when they're away, since you can look over the past communications/notes with company all in one place.

we use it for everything scheduling calls company's everything there isn't a part of our job here at Techpos where we don't use it. customer success uses it, cold callers and sales dev marketing, you name it, we have used it in HubSpot. I would recommend 10,000% to every one

When client's set multiple appointments was definitely a problem with us. Some limits needed to be implemented there to not allow clients to do as they please. It really assisted in tracking previous interactions and future and the chat is really fine. Just need to allow customizing certain stuff for anything

Hubspot is one of the easiest to learn CRM's I've ever used. the only downside is Zoominfo doesn't integrate that well with it. the calling feature shouldn't have a pop up as it wastes time. also importing contacts don't always get assigned to the right contact and that can be difficult.

I would suggest HubSpot CRM to any sales team who wants insight on the performance of their team. Because of HubSpot our team has been able to grow and become much more efficient with our time. If ever a team is feeling overwhelmed or unorganized, I would highly suggest using HubSpot.
