Whether I need to record client communication, set up meetings, internal handovers, or track my performance over time, HubSpot has everything I need and when I need it. HubSpot can be trusted with creating Dashboards that best relate to you. However, HubSpot (and rightly so) is not appropriate for informal colleague talks or plans.

HubSpot is the ideal CRM for a small to mid-size sales team. HubSpot is the most accessible CRM to use and easy to learn, train, and develop skills over time. The activity timeline of a contact makes it easy for a manager to see where a deal is currently at or how a new deal came to life.

Hubspot CRM has helped me numerous times in following up with customers if they are not immediately ready to secure services. The reminder allows me to revisit our past conversations and follow up to see if the timing is more accurate for them to sign an agreement. The ability to log all attachments under a customer or a deal is convenient and minimizes my search time in my database of customer or company files.

It is appropriated if you have to do analysis about sales activities of your team, even though they work remotely, you can see what they are doing during their whole workday without the sensation of being spied. Instead, I would not recommend HubSpot if you simply want to organise calls with people because they are not listed

When trying to prospect and reach prospects with content, information, and sales content, it is good as it always creates follow-up tasks for you to make sure that you don't forget to try and reach them. It can also automate your outreach and keep them in a sequence so you can easily jump from prospect to prospect.

HubSpot is great for companies that heavily rely on communication both within the company itself and between other companies, but it is not as effective when the focus of a company is more research-based. Its communication tracking tools are advanced and incredibly helpful, but it is hard to consolidate non-communication information.

I create my own email templates and share with others on my team and even train them. I love that I get feedback on what I might need to add/delete from my template to increase it's effectiveness.

I honestly can't think of any scenarios where it's less appropriate.

When I have potential clients, Hubspot can create tasks, and I can follow these clients, increasing the chances of closing a contract. But, contacting these clients by WhatsApp is more complicated, because I should save this person in my cellphone and send a message by WhatsApp Web. It would be more straightforward if I had a button in Hubspot.

As a volunteer I recently suggested HubSpot to keep track of all of the people showing interest in our organization. It's a great way for our team to have a centralized location for details about each person and also assign tasks to each other.

I don't have a specific scenario. I typically always recommend it, I think it's a extremely useful computer system. I used to work at a leasing office and that would have been so simple to use it this way. While, someone who does not have to make marketing emails or more, it may not be as useful. My father runs a golf course pro shop and we have talked about the function of Hubspot, but they don't send a ton of emails/need everyone in their system besides those who have played and those who are members. They more or so need it as a function to scan their items for purchasing and know how to charge them. Maybe if HubSpot had their own billing system/invoice creator like QuickBooks?

For tracking and managing a sales funnel, HubSpot is hands down the best service to help people accomplish this. Whether you are in more of an operations or back office role and need visibility into what the sales team is working on, or keeping track of essential info for backend work in building out campaigns, its crucial.

It is very well suited for organizations which are involved in providing services such as legal consultancies etc where the customer lifecycle and lead nurturing is very important. It is also highly effective when trying to narrow down customers based on filters and other criteria. Additionally it is well suited for companies with big sales teams that need lead routing softwares

Hubspot is good if you don't have funding and need basic CRM capabilities for small teams. It's great for simple outreach and activity logging. I do feel that if a team gets larger for the department of sales Salesforce reporting, layout out, and opportunity records are so much cleaner.

HubSpot is a highly versatile tool, and is best suited for organizations that maintain good data practices and that have relatively good data health. It's customizable to a fault if you are a new organization who doesn't have established practices to save you from yourself!

I overall really like HubSpot. I think it is very user friendly and easy to learn as you go. I became a manger leading a team of SDR's and really had to figure out the best reports and dashboards to build without any help. I was able to do it without having to google outside of HubSpot on how to accomplish something more than 1-2 times.

I think it does really well with organizing and linking all the information entered into it, but I think the ability to draw information out of the software could use some work, in terms of the reporting, pulling certain filter criteria for workflows and sequences, etc.

Well you are suited if you have a really big volume of clients and it’s hard to track every one of them and to do a good follow-ups with them. It is less appropriate if you don’t have a lot of customers or you don’t focus a lot on recording your activities or using email automation.
