I have used other software and it just has never been so detailed on the program. I think what I love about HubSpot CRM is that it quite laterally keeps us on the same page. The alerts (with emails and pop-ups on the tasks) are very helpful! The ease of setting appts and alerting everyone as I choose with location and address is fabulous!

Hubspot syncs with programs like Zoom and tracks all communication between the team, clients and interested prospects. Other CRM's did not offer this and resulted in additional work.

I think HubSpot is straightforward to use compared with other CRMs, but this also causes massive confusion when I onboard sales reps from a Salesforce environment. The naming conventions are different, and there is no reason for that. It is always an irritation point for me: a deal is an opportunity, and an opportunity is a deal. Why do you name them different things? An account is a company, and a company is an account. Why are they named differently?

I've used Salesforce previously. I think Salesforce allows for more information to be saved and quantified and is more dynamic with individual client and lead records. But Hubspot is very useful on a surface level, and for the needs of my current job, I think it does the trick well.

It is straight forward and simple enough to use for entering contacts and organizations in or pulling lists out. The report building is a bit more complex but not rocket science. Most everything is quite intuitive and the few times I found myself needing help I was able to find it with HubSpot's online resources.

I have used Salesforce and Pipedrive before and I felt so old when using those, so I love Hubspot's interface. It looks young and fresh. I just really hope now that it has AI capabilities so it could predict to do some repetitive admin tasks in the tool for me.

Hubspot is an extremely user friendly tool for our sales team, as opposed to some of our other tools being leveraged. It’s very easy to navigate and I believe that’s due to the structure of the tabs up top being able to easily organize things. It’s also unique in that both sales and marketing can live in the tool.

I love how HubSpot is so user friendly. I've personally used ACT and Salesforce. ACT was too simple and old. While Salesforce was too complicated and we had bad customer service. Our newly created pricing program works flawlessly with HubSpot. I'm so glad our company made the change to Hubspot!

I like the ease of use compared to Salesforce CRM. It is easier to send and modify emails than Salesforce. HubSpot also allows the user to create and modify sequences that I was unable to do in Salesforce. It’s a one stop tool that doesn’t need others plugged into to make it worth using
