I like salesforce better. It was much more user friendly and actually helpful, rather than just a fancy dressed up rolodex. Didn't actually realize how much I dislike Hubspot until I started writing this review, and then I realized that it doesn't really do anything at all and I miss when I used salesforce and could actually find decent leads and real information.

There are some things that are easy in HubSpot CRM. If you’re going with a plug and play template it can be easy to create landing pages and emails. Reporting is pretty easy to put together. Managing contacts is very clear and easy to manage. The chatbot was easy to set up, but lacked functionality.

The overall experience with HubSpot CRM has been very good so far. There are sometimes instances where the website stops working or gets slowed down due to some unknown reasons, but the HubSpot team are quick in rectifying the issues being faced by its users. I have never reached out to HubSpot to fix the issue as it gets resolved pretty quickly. I don't think any other CRM would be this quick in resolving problems.

HubSpot is the best I have used yet, but there is a lot of room for improvement. Namely navigation is a bit tricky. I have found that by clicking through in the wrong order, I may have to manually return to where I was before. This absolutely destroys productivity. With where browser speed is at at this point, your team should considder adding more than one 'back button' after editing pages. Why? Because when I add a deal to a contact and their business, I don't want to go back to deals, I want to go back to contacts- in one click- no scrolling.

Honestly - Hubspot is a beast, and it is not always intuitive or easy to find what I want. The depth of function means that I frequently have to learn how to do something before I can benefit from that function, more so than other simpler and core-focused CRMs like Dubsado.

I liked the use of the CRM, I really didn´t have any experienced using another one so this is my first one and I choosed this to be my first and I don't see it as a bad decision. The only thing that i have struggled is that I put the system to two different companies and in the other one the clients thy use more Whatsapp and I don't have that integration and is really causing problems with the sales executive because they need to do double work uploading the information of the prospect.

I don't have time nor interest in features that don't apply to my immediate needs, so I tend to stay away from over complicated systems. I liked how easy HubSpot is to setup for additional users as well, as our sales team grows. On the flip side, it's annoying when I'm in a CRM that doesn't have much power, no customization or reporting, so the basic CRMs are useless to me in my high volume sales work.

I've used Salesforce in my previous organization, and I'm using Hubspot in my current organization. And I have to admit that it outperforms Salesforce in terms of user interaction, reporting, and leads management. I'm able to team my team's performance effectively with the help of reports, and integrating it with my email makes my work easier.

It's definitely better than others I have used. I think it has a lot of better user-friendly functions than Salesforce and is not as clunky overall as a solution. It's overall just an easy CRM software to use, and there is a lot of functionality that I have not explored yet. I would definitely recommend it.
