HubSpot is the most usable CRM I've ever encountered. It's more intuitive than Salesforce and has a much more thoughtful structure than any of the homegrown CRMs I've ever used on a team. Especially as compared to homegrown, it's a much better organizational tool that keeps you accountable to yourself.

I have used a lot of other CRM's in my time. HubSpot I would say was the easiest to learn and has the best things especially for new CRM users. I would say it may not be as advanced as other CRM's but for startups and other new employees it is super simple to pick up and go.

Easy to right down your activities and to get back to them. You can set up email campaigns easily and track their performance. Creating playbooks so you don’t have to write things over and over and having a precise sequence to ask questions to the clients and fill out the playbook easily.

It is straightforward to use compared to other CRMs; from day one, I understood how to use it. I have tried others like Salesloft and it wasn't very easy to use compared to hubspot. I feel like the neat and clean look that Hubspot offers is what helps make it so easy to use.

HubSpot is much easier to use then the other CRM Software I have used in the past. It is easy to see the account activity, owner and length of time from the last contact with the customer. This also is a great place to store specific customer data, that typically doesn't have a home.

It does take about a month to get real familiar with moving about HubSpot fluently. After that initial month you find yourself flying around HubSpot and it seems to be very user friendly.

The only other CRM I have used before has been Zoho CRM, which I absolutely did not enjoy. HubSpot is way more straight forward and easier to use, and I seem to utilise its functions way more than I did back in the day with Zoho. I am happy to be using HubSpot now.

HubSpot CRM has been leading the CRM world because of its features and user friendly interface. You can find a lot of tutorials online, community and helpful knowledge base. Plus if you get stuck you can reach out with their support unlike other CRMs out there, you need to wait for their business hours just to speak with their support.

The last software I used was Google Sheets, now, we can import all the information from Google Sheets to HubSpot CRM and have a better organization and protected.

Adding new companies is really simple and fast, updating information on existing clients is also simple and fast. We are really impressed and happy on how easy it is to use.

Once we were able to get everything set up and customize our CRM, it has been very easy to manage and use. The actual onboarding did take a few weeks, but we had a lot of unique needs. I love HubSpot thus far and would recommend at least trying a demo for it.

HubSpot was the first choice I have for my personal project. Compared with the other CRMs I have used, it has the most user friendly design and easily learnable by the users, thus increase in the user adoption. Moreover the closely integrated features of Sales, Marketing, and Service modules are really well designed.

It is much more intuitive. That is the big thing for me and from what I have seen. It looks daunting but after literally a few days, you catch on. That's huge for businesses big and small, if you don't have to constantly worry about babysitting a new employee because the main software we use is difficult. HubSpot makes it so each work can develop their own system and do so efficiently. Much more than Salesforce, in my experience.
