It is very.nice t has very nice colours scheme it also has large icons to easily navigate. easy searches for certain features not too many features to confuse someone which is good . And compared to other software it is much better which is why I would recommend this software to other people

The platform is VERY hard to get, but once customized it's really good. For anyone who is looking for a CRM, the time that you put in to learn the system & customize it - it will give dividends down the road.

Comparing to ACT, Selltis, and Salesforce, I would say that HubSpot is a cost effective option for use as a CRM. Transition to it (like anything) was somewhat tedious and requires effort. The effort however, is less time consuming than a system that either seldom changes - or changes daily. I am impressed with HubSpot.

The mobile app is a huge thing, which not many CRMs offer. HubSpot CRM has an intuitive and user-friendly interface. The CRM offers a range of functionalities that are easily accessible to the average user.HubSpot offers seamless integration with its own suite of tools (like Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub) and a good range of third-party applications, which enhances its usability.

HubSpot provides a satisfactory out-of-box experience; the UI is nice and neat, and the system overall is easy to navigate.

Other platforms I've used (Dynamics, Salesforce) are more robust; it is very easy to get overwhelmed or lost in everything that is offered, which can deter team usage. However, once setup, these platforms seem to outperform other offerings.

I come from many years of using Salesforce as a CRM, and then change to HubSpot meant less learning curve than expected. It seems much more stable and with better easy to use interfases for navigating through different entities such as leads, deals and companies.

HubSpot is superior! I use monday.com, Copper, Acculynx etc. HubSpot smokes them out of the water in all categories accept cost. If you utilize the tool, the ROI is significant. We have been able to maximize our outreach and capitalize on features, options, reports of this tool. Highly recommend.
