My only experience is with HubSpot CRM. However, if given the option to use other CRM, I would not switch. HubSpot is effortless and easy, so there is no reason to switch. HubSpot is simple, fast, and efficient. Time saving especially. It is on the same level of efficiency as apps like Discord, notion, and slack all of which are great too.

Parts of it are very simply and easy to use like recording messages, adding details etc. However, in my opinion, others such as api integration are very much not simple and leave you frustrated. In my opinion, the quote management for example is particularly inefficient for our requirements.

HubSpot is a system that is easy to start using but is also highly advanced. This means you can get to grips with the basics relatively easily and be up and running in no time. On the other hand, there are so many additional features that there are specialist organisations that provide HubSpot user training and guidance.

It is very user friendly. It took me less than a few days to feel comfortable with using this CRM. There are also several vidoes in HubSpot CRM academy if you are looking to learn more of a specific module, and there are live trainings you can request and join into!

What I love about HubSpot is how easy it is to get around in it. Unlike Zoho, which can get pretty complex, or monday.com, which is more about project management, HubSpot makes managing customer relationships feel like a breeze. It’s especially awesome for anyone into inbound marketing - think content marketing, SEO, that kind of stuff - which isn’t really the main game for the other three.

Great and easy to use for computer version.

I would recommend updates for the mobile app / phone version, it makes it really hard to call down a list of contacts like I would on a computer. If there is a way to create a list for calling, almost like a task list, and easily progress to each person next that would make it a lot easier for calling on the go vs. currently having to search and click into each contact manually.

I've used Groove/Salesforce and Salesloft prior to my experience with HubSpot CRM, so that is what I will I have to compare HubSpot CRM to. HubSpot CRM has a youthful and fresh appearance with enough power to get most of the things I need done. The way sequences are organized makes sense and prevents overlap and are easy enough to execute. Groove was a complete nightmare so anything is better than that, and Salesloft had it's hiccups as well. I wish the organization of customers (leads vs contacts, parent vs child account, etc) was more robust, but for all the features and functions it is a great tool, especially for startups.

usage is easy as compare to other CRM tools i have used so far. it is easy to learn and instruction are easy to understand. Also, we can make the changes as per our objective which makes it good as compare to others. we don't have to spend so much time in buliding reports as well.

I have used other software and it just has never been so detailed on the program. I think what I love about HubSpot CRM is that it quite laterally keeps us on the same page. The alerts (with emails and pop-ups on the tasks) are very helpful! The ease of setting appts and alerting everyone as I choose with location and address is fabulous!

Hubspot syncs with programs like Zoom and tracks all communication between the team, clients and interested prospects. Other CRM's did not offer this and resulted in additional work.
