Sometimes we are facing challenges due to delays in receiving responses to our inquiries and support requests. These delays not only lead to unresolved issues but also cause disruptions in our workflow and project timelines. The slow response time is becoming a recurring problem that impacts our efficiency and productivity. Moreover, there's a growing concern about the overall quality of support provided. Considering the cost of the service or subscription we are paying for, the level of support we receive sometimes feels inadequate.

Because when I needed help HubSpot responded immediately and provided me with the information I needed which enabled me to realize that HubSpot was even more customizable and easier to use than I thought! And I already thought HubSpot was very user friendly and easy to use, and then Support showed me how to manipulate the settings, columns and the appearance of the tool.

HubSpot's support is very helpful. You can leverage chat, email or phone call support (depending on your level of package with Hubspot). All options really help to provide expedited service, and can answer questions quickly and efficently. HubSpot also has partners around the globe who can help with implementation and management of HubSpot CRM.

HubSpot has a very good customer support, one can chat in real time by phone or text, or send an email. I have not had to use their support very much, but when I have they have been very professional and quick to respond to address my needs and concerns.

I think the support could be much better. They try to answer questions fully and as quickly as possible but not sure if it's a volume issue. Most of their resources are fairly useful so that does help a lot, but it's also where their CS team will point you in most cases.

I love the HubSpot support team - they have always been fantastic to work with and extremely helpful. Whether it's via chat or an email, I never wait long for a response and they don't just "answer the question." They dig deep with you when figuring out a solution, and make sure to give you all the information you need to ensure you're ready to go.

They were quick to respond to questions we had regarding the Hubspot system and would log in to our account directly to see exactly what we were seeing to help resolve issues. They'd explain the solution so we could learn how and why. If something we were trying to do wasn't possible, they also explained how and why.
