We generally use it for generating leads with newsletters. It helps to build lists of accurate contacts that we can send out our newsletters to. After the leads have been generated it helps us to nurture these leads across the whole process. For me, the best thing about this is it allows me to keep track of my pipeline so that i'm not relying on my memory.
  • Generating lists of contacts
  • Easily pushing out marketing emails
  • lots of templates to be used for stuff like forms etc..
  • It helps with the sales side of my job but would be create to see more support functionality.
By enabling forms for users to fill out their information for stuff such as newsletters, we are generating leads that we can tap into who might not be interested at that exact time, but will be when there are specials.
  • It has generated a fair few long term contacts that we can continually follow up over years until they're ready to sign.
  • It makes sending out marketing emails much quicker which is always useful so that we can spend time on other dollar productive activities.
I personally haven't used any other products like hubspot, it was also not up to me why this was chosen.
