Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

It was a bit of a pain to use Salesforce, to be honest. As an SMB, it was overly complicated for what we needed in a CRM tool, and when comparing prices with their marketing automation software, HubSpot was much better suited for us in terms of use, functionality, and price.

Intercom is alright, but we found that their list segmenting tools need some serious work. Our onboarding sequences haven't worked that well either. They've made a lot of improvements in this area, but Intercom has also become much more expensive due to this.

Personally, I've only ever used HubSpot. However, Salesforce (along with other tools) was being used when I first started in my current role. Having multiple tools to send emails, look after sales demos, host the website, and other things, meant that our time was consumed by learning all these tools, and sometimes having to manually update them because they didn't integrate properly. HubSpot is like the all in one tool that we needed. We are now confident that all of our processes can work in tune and not harm our brand.

Hubspot is less expensive, easier to configure, and more user-friendly but it doesn't offer as much in the analytics department and lacks the flexibility that comes with a more robust and heavy solution like Oracle Eloqua. However, Hubspot looks like one complete solution regardless of the package while Eloqua is a combination of tools that appear to live separately and are not well integrated.

HubSpot puts Eloqua to shame in so many ways. In terms of user experience, we’re talking night and day. If you want an intuitive product that’s easy to use and doesn’t require you to know technical or developer-sequence jargon, get HubSpot. Eloqua is almost like the Microsoft paint of marketing automation.

ClickDimensions is a marketing tool built on top of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and that native integration is the best part. HubSpot is a marketing tool built on top of marketing best practices. Although both tools perform many of the same functions, getting from A to B is so much smoother with HubSpot's clean, simple interface. HubSpot's platform and available products are much more robust, but ClickDimensions is a better bang for your buck when it comes to the basic functionality-- that is, as long as you can find CRM-confident marketers who are willing to manage an intimidating (sometimes buggy) tool.

HubSpot is more lightweight than Salesforce and Pardot, but also easier to use and manage. While I've found Pardot to be highly unreliable, HubSpot's performance never disappointed—for what it is. Again, it's a simpler tool, but sometimes that's all that's needed. For a small or medium business with a simpler product line, I would choose HubSpot over Salesforce every time.

HubSpot is a marketing platform (with a free and adequate CRM platform). If you are a medium-sized business, it will give you the basic CRM functionality you need and you will have access to world-class marketing tools - all in the same place. HubSpot beats Dynamics if you market to customers through inbound and content marketing.

Making some website and throwing it online isn't going to directly give you very profitable results on its own. You need to understand what type of people you want to attract what their issues and pain points are, and how your organization is going to help solve for those. Software like Squarespace will get you the website, but not help you understand your buyer personas. WordPress may have add-ons, but who wants to search for the tools they want and integrate them later? HubSpot allows you to keep all your data in one location where everything interconnects with on another so you can better understand what tactics you need to use to grow your business.

HubSpot is a great tool that integrates with 3rd party apps like drift Salesforce. You can use these products together or just use HubSpot. HubSpot offers a great user experience (and by great I mean it's quite easy to learn).

HubSpot acts as the central system for a number of other tools and it's API is very good for integrations with other tools, which is why it's so powerful.

We migrated from Marketo to HubSpot and noticed a difference nearly right away. Gone were hours of putting a campaign together through multiple folders only to have Marketo display the rainbow wheel of death and have the campaign disappear with all of your work. Additionally, we didn't need to have a full-time code on staff to generate beautiful and compelling email templates or landing pages. Working hand-in-hand, our new campaigns generated lead flow that helped our team deliver best-ever results and directly impact the bottom line.

The benefit of HubSpot is that it includes a website building platform to go alongside of their marketing capabilities. I've used landing page software, another tool for analytics, a third software for marketing automation, and a fourth for building our website/blog. But with HubSpot we can do all those things in one system which adds a lot of value and saves a lot of time.

I have only ever used HubSpot. Some of our clients have switched from Pardot. When we ask them about the differences they say it is night and day. HubSpot is a more 'complete' product that helps emails get delivered and your content viewed. It is amazing to see the difference it can make.

Have reviewed (read other reviews) but not used. HubSpot felt far more superior and suited ours, and our clients needs. The interface and usability felt friendlier and the support was far more readily available.

We chose Hubspot over Pardot due to the all round functionality of Hubspot. Pardot specialises in Marketing Automation, but you get that and much more with Hubspot and the prices are comparable. We needed a solution that enabled the whole marketing team to improve their efficiency and ways of working and Hubspot was just the total package that we needed.

HubSpot's Enterprise marketing plan blows Marketo's reciprocal plan out of the water. From all angles, I've by and large been taken aback by the difference between the two platforms when both are said to be "industry-leading." From reporting to email deliverability to design to management, HubSpot is undoubtedly the better option for large organizations.
