I was having an issue with the formatting of my forms for a particular client. I contacted HubSpot support via the email option so I could attach screen shots showing the differences between what was showing in my preview versus live. The HubSpot tech I was working with helped to adjust the coding within our forms' style sheet formatting so it would show up exactly the way I wanted it to, even though the support team aren't trained designers. Jason (the rep I was working with) was a huge help in this, and it just showed me how much each client means to HubSpot individually.

We changed the header on our website and needed to contact support to change the header on our HubSpot hosted blog. I contacted a support member and they completely walked me through the process. I was not very HTML savy, so they took the time to help me edit the HTML and make our blog header the exact same as our website. They understood I needed my hand held, and they did so in a very nice, and simplistic way.

Hubspot has provided exceptional support many, many times. Their 2011-2015-era customer service was really something special. And for some businesses, it's probably worth paying extra for. But that service used to be included. Since then, Hubspot's prices have gone up and up and up and instead of including more, they seem to include less. At Hubspot's price point, I feel strongly that great customer service shouldn't be an add-on cost. To be clear, they still offer customer support, and it is not bad, it's just not stellar. It's now impersonal and not very timely.

Every interaction I've had with HubSpot support has been great. I was having an issue with design and one of the reps helped me out quickly so I could get my newsletter sent out, but also sent me details on how to do it myself for the future.

Yes - I wanted to create a very specific list of contacts and market to them. I was new and there was a lot of segmentation involved. I needed to create new fields and populate them as well. The support person walked me through every step. Not only did I get what I needed done, but I learned how to do it next time.

Just one time? But there are so many! I think what's most amazing about their support is that they don't just answer technical "how to" questions; they understand and are happy to go into details of inbound marketing principles. I've called before asking them to look over a landing page that isn't converting well and they've helped to improve it - I've also called for ideas on how to make CTAs better, and they had great advice and directed me to the right eBook with a ton of examples. They really go above and beyond.

We had an issue with a form script on a customized landing page and weren't able to align all the form inout fields. HubSpot support answered our email within 4 hours, not only telling us how to fix the problem, but did it for us. Our client was incredibly happy to see the problem solved in such a short time.

I can describe about thirty different times.. but here is one:
I reported an issue with HubSpots blog template builder. It was essentially tacking my code and doing what it was supposed to do, but at the same time it was causing all of my content to suddenly mis align to the left of the page (it was previously a two column page 80% / 20% split). So this was a big issue. I wanted it to truncate the text appropriately but I also wanted it to not screw up the entire page... duh.
So I reached out to their support team and put in a ticket on the developer forums. Initially it was a bit difficult to get the exact problem figured out, but once someone from development got a hold of the issue it was resolved within about a week. Kudos to Emily Morgan for supporting my request and keeping me abreast of all the updates as new developments came about. Thanks!

Yes, every time I've used support it's been exceptional. I had an issue with our CNAME and they helped me figure out we had mistakenly included the "http://." They also helped me fix my Zpaier integration with Eventbrite before we sent our event invitations. They helped me fix an issue when my blogs weren't populating a preview on Facebook and they helped me when I was stuck trying to link images in a smart content area on a website I was building. I've also worked with HubSpot support at the previous two places I worked and was impressed every time.

Our forms tool was not formatting correctly. I called support, waited less than 10 minutes, and didn't have to listen to elevator hold music. The support person was friendly and cared about the issue. She did everything in her power to fix it, but it needed further looking into. She had it fixed within the day!

Once I was looking into the capabilities of the Hubspot Salesforce integration, while it's really powerful, there are still some features it doesn't have. The support engineer took the time to understand what it was I wanted to do. She tried to find the answer but couldn't. She followed up with the tech team later that day and got back to me with a detailed description of how much I could do of what I needed to do with the integration. She was nice, understanding, followed up and reliable.

Every time I contact support, i receive a response very quickly and everyone understands my question regardless of how difficult the problem is. The new online support inbox is great and allows you to keep track of whats happening and the tickets you have open.

We had a glitch in one of our clients portals once where the data all disappeared. Not only did the support team jump on the status to help resolve the issue but Hubspots CEO Brian Halligan also reached out with his commitment to jump on it right away. We were pleased with how quickly they were able to fix this issue.

Just today, I contacted support regarding an issue with my blog "skin". Something wasn't displaying right, and quite frankly, although I'm really good with HTML, I was stumped. Reed, from customer support contacted me within 20 minutes and explain what was happening and how he fixed it. So not only did he fixed it but I learned something new.

That one time, when someone deleted an important contact list, and HubSpot support found it and restored it for us.... yeah. That was pretty exceptional. It was totally our fault, but they were no less willing to devote the better half of an hour to digging around and finding the deleted list for us.
