The single largest reason that I feel strongly that we will be renew our service is that we know that it works. We can see the quantitative proof that this investment directly impacts our business in a positive way. Now we're taking a more strategic look at HubSpot to see how we can get even more value out of it going forward.

The only reason we wouldn't renew HubSpot is if our parent company forces us to use the parent company's email platform. I can't imagine trying to start all over with a new platform. Plus, we are so fully integrated with HubSpot now, it would be a huge step back in efficiency.

I can't imagine not using HubSpot. We live and breathe it every day and rely on it for most of our marketing efforts. Sure there are other tools out there but I don't think they would be the right fit for us. That and the fact that I feel a little like part of the HubSpot family. After 4 years of working with their reps and attending the Inbound conferences, I feel like a part of what the company stands for. I've recommended them to several companies so far and will continue to do so. ThomasNet, K'NEX Brands (our sister company) and my brother's company, Manoverboard, who just became a HubSpot partner.

Well, I'm not the decision-maker but I would suggest renewing if asked. Great thought leadership and I like the focus on continuous improvement such as the introduction of Signals. I think the software is very user-friendly and the technical team is terrific when it comes to answering questions and problem solving.

Our involvement with HubSpot has been nothing but positive. We've seen clear ROI on our efforts; we've invested the time to learn how to use the platform to achieve maximum results; and it's a tool that does all that we need, and more. In addition, HubSpot stays ahead of the curve, so I have no concern that it will become obsolete or behind the times. I know that HubSpot is the right choice for my organization's marketing and sales teams.

When we first signed up with Hubspot, it was to allow a relative novice in the world of web design to keep the site updated and fresh. We soon realized the power of the system and began to take advantage. With one person using the system, we are able to expedite many process that were once done manually as well as gather data that was never able to be gathered. Our web traffic has gone up from 1000 visits a month to 2500, which for our niche market is excellent. Using Hubspot, we now gather information from potential customers and also are able to provide service to existing customer requests. Another key benefit for our company has been the ability to utilize lists and workflows rather than manually email contacts. By grouping contacts gained on the site as well as those we are able to import, we are able to send out more targeted messages on a regular basis. Hubspot is a critical part of our marketing plan as it allows us to make huge changes with minimal manpower and time. The ability to have a dashboard where we can get a quick status update while also being able to drill down into the nitty gritty such as keywords and link sources has been a huge benefit. I can't recommend Hubspot strongly enough!

I don't think we want to venture into the inbound marketing abyss with out the abilities that HubSpot has given us. From the support of customer service to the continuous software improvements, and the analytical tools we have come to rely on - - we would be foolish to not renew.

It is very cost effective to use HubSpot. We will use Inbound marketing from now on. To get the training, support and quality of product we want, we can't beat HubSpot. We would need five or six different software programs to replace it. We would also need those programs to be as good as HubSpot at support and training. I can't imagine even trying to replace it and hoping to be half as effective.

We've been using HubSpot for two months, and we're already seeing improvements and ROI. I only see our success increasing, which will make it easy to rationalize renewing. It was a little out of our price range when we signed up, but I'm very confident in how it will help us be successful, close more customers, increase our profits, and satisfy our customers.

For now HubSpot is the right decision for us and we are a happy HubSpotter, but of course there is always space for improvement. As our team is growing new people might bring in new tools that could be better suited for certain tasks and then of course we will review if HubSpot stays the right solution for us or if we have to add new tools or even build our own tool chain. But that is really hard to say for a company that is just getting started.

We have yet to see a product that comes close to the HubSpot product and a will-not-let-you-fail organizational support from junior support staff all the way to CEO Brian Halligan and seemingly everyone in between.

HubSpot accomplishes everything we need and with the recent updates to the program, we will be able to take our marketing to the next level. We have been working with HubSpot to truly integrate this program into marketing areas in order to reach and communicate better with our customers. HubSpot is great about taking the time to find a solution to help us accomplish our goals.

HubSpot is a one stop shop. I can monitor our social accounts, our trial accounts, our email success, our website statistics. I like having everything in one place and well organized. HubSpot does this very well and continues to improve it's features and listens to customers.
