It is both easy to use and very robust. I enjoy using it as well and find myself feeling very accomplished after completing tasks in it. Building a workflow, email campaign and landing pages and having them all integrate is a very satisfying feeling. I was able to carry out web developer caliber activities without having to know a line of code.

Simply put, HubSpot delivers results. Using the HubSpot platform for my marketing clients makes it easy to deliver them new website traffic, more sales leads, and an improvement in their overall revenue. None of HubSpot's competitors even come close.

Well our website is on HubSpot so we definitely are sticking with it! But, in all seriousness, HubSpot is a great tool for marketing automation and they are extremely open to feedback. There are new features almost every week. Although HubSpot is a great tool with a huge amount of functionality, it does not feel as burdensome as a CRM such as Salesforce.

Hubspot changes lives...not just strategies and tactics. I owe them my career and my loyalty is at 100%. The product just keep improving, and it's perfect for beginners and pros alike. Our agency used HubSpot for every client and they all love it. In short, we wouldn't work with a client that wouldn't use HubSpot as their marketing software. It's just that simple.

HubSpot has been a great solution for us. I have been able to do everything that I've wanted to do and more using this system. I don't really know what I'd need to do that HubSpot can't offer so there is currently no need to look for another solution. I feel we've put a lot of time and effort into making the system work for us and it's been great.

Simply put, there is no reason why we would consider not renewing HubSpot. We perform all of our marketing actions in one place, and you can integrate with sales! Where we once had to log in to at least 3 different accounts to complete one task, we can do it all in one place. Our ROI only continues to grow and the tool only continues to improve.

There's always the possibility that something new comes along that revolutionizes marketing in a new and better way. Because of this, giving a perfect 10 would be dishonest. However, today, HubSpot is that revolutionary marketing software in my opinion. I doubt that's going to change anytime in the near future.

HubSpot quickly becomes the spine of a sales and marketing strategy - because it can do everything (apart from integrated surveys!) - it is the content platform to talk to customers and prospects through, the place to create compelling calls to action, the hub of all social media activity, the place where contacts are emailed, the source of leads into SFDC, the driver of events and registrations. It becomes essential, invaluable, irreplaceable.

And off course Sales are getting more and more into the possibilities of the Marketing & CRM. Targeted and personalised campaigns are raising in numbers and we will develop on this in 2015.

Unless there are dramatic price increases or dependability issues, we will continue to use Hubspot as long as we're in business. It's one of the most (if not THE most) important business tool in our arsenal. Likewise, the addition of new features on an almost weekly basis means the minor shortcomings are just an update away.
