It's easy to use, and addictive to see how your emails and campaigns are doing. Although you can certainly export your data and import it into another application, I would prefer to stay with HubSpot since the Help provided by other services falls so far short of what we require. We're happy, and it's easy to stay.

I can't even imagine how difficult it would be to switch to another tool besides HubSpot or not have one at all. It has just become too ingrained in all of our processes and is even a big part of the marketing team's philosophy. I truly can't think of a reason that we wouldn't renew, other than it become 10 times more expensive or something crazy like that.

I've have worked hard on the site and still haven't seen the kind of traffic I'd hoped for. Mind you, I haven't been blogging as much as I should have. The increase in cost really took me by surprise. $1000 for 3 months with no ROI after 1.5 years is steep. I will most likely hang in to hopefully gain from the publication of a book I am working on to drive traffic, but it is pricey.

I could not do my job effectively without HubSpot - I don't even know where I would start. HubSpot gives me everything I need within its software and the automation it allows for my team to create saves the time of both our department and sales as well. It has made a significant impact on the content we are able to create, and they are always updating and re-working areas of the platform that need work. The tool connects directly to our CRM, so anything I can possibly need to know is right there in the contact database. HubSpot makes everything easer - reporting, blogging, emailing, qualifying, list-building...I could go on for days. It's a fantastic tool - every marketer should be using it!

I would renew it with out a doubt. I can't imagine working without HubSpot, the leverage it provides is immense. It would be like going back to traveling in a horse drawn buggy when you are used to driving a Lexus with heated seats, steering wheel, and of course bluetooth integration. : )

HubSpot is a crucial too for our marketing department, and will soon even become a tool for our sales department. It has been well implemented in our daily working habits, so I can't see how we could manage without it! Of course there are other tools, but learning the ins and outs of a new tool would be extremely time consuming. And as a marketing tool I must say that HubSpot is very easy to use! Since I work daily with HubSpot I couldn't see myself doing my job without it.

HubSpot is vital to our marketing agency's success. It is the ultimate content management software, and though there might be other competitors with similar products, none offer as many features that are as easy to use. My job would be a total pain in the you-know-what without HubSpot.

ROI looks good and we shouldn't have any issues there. Some of the things that could make it more likely would be the building out of the CRM platform and improving on the UI in design and template creation. I would like to see optional (free) 1 on 1 design meetings and consults so we could improve some of our pre designed templates. Potentially some Adobe and Google drive interaction. Having a Quickbooks API would help on the CRM side.

1. The system works great!; 2. I know the system, how to use it etc., 3. I don't want to spend the time learning a new system. It goes with the old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" HubSpot is a critical component of our overall success. To stop using HubSpot would negatively impact our sales and marketing efforts. We are very pleased with the direction HubSpot is moving and look forward to each innovation they release into their Marketing Platform. The Content Optimization System (COS) is very exciting and we look forward to seeing a major shift in how our site visitors utilize our site from different platforms as well as how we respond with different content based on how many times a visitor comes to our site.

HubSpot just makes everything easier. Yes, there is stuff they can improve on, but the ease of use is invaluable. Plus, we can give our clients reports based on statistics in HubSpot, which saves a ton of time on our end. Our clients like it, too, because of its powerful features.
