All within our marketing department. One person focuses on website and email content, and the others use HubSpot for our social media, blogging, and analytics. Our sales team does use the lead intelligence that HubSpot gathers, but they primarily get that within Salesforce (integrated with HubSpot).

Directly, only the VP of Operations uses the site directly. However the leads and contacts are emailed automatically to the Sales and Service teams who can respond appropriately. The metrics that are gathered monthly/quarterly/yearly are shared with the Board of Directors as we evaluate budgeting and examine our overall marketing plan.

The two people in our company that use HubSpot are the Director of Distance Education and the Operations/ Enrollment/ Advising employee. This essentially covers all areas of our operations. Our unit markets, generates leads, converts leads, admits students, advises students, performs all operational tasks, and leads the university's distance education initiatives, training, policy decisions.

Sales: Our sales team tells us about issues customer are facing, events they are attending, associations they belong to. We then plug that data into hubspot and watch them.
Management: As the owners, we have used this front-line info to develop content to solve our customers needs. We use this data to target emails, product offering and monitor trends in product choices. If you can combine the data in hubspot with google analytics you can do some very powerful things.

Marketing uses it for SEO, email creation and management, keyword management, blogging, content marketing, website analytics.
Management uses it for reporting and to oversee the marketing and sales department efficiency.
Our front desk uses it to send out appointment reminders, to gather additional patient information, and to check on coupon "claims".
